That is the joke his fans keep hoping for.

Unfortunately, Occam's Razor is that he's just laughably untalented and clueless.

I wish I had his delusional level of self-confidence. I could walk on water with that degree of self-belief! xD

Neil Breen is like Owen Cook's pickup mindset applied to filmmaking combined with zero talent. :D

Funny enough he lives near me. I recognize the desert envirnoments he shot Double Down in. Some scenes there from Red Rock state park. I could drive to the exact location from memory.

He is such a weird human. Like an alien.

Please get an interview with this rare alien mind

The great thing about Owen is that he brought philosophical depth to self-help theory. It wasn't just about sex or money.

@Leo Gura The most insane part is that Tyler Durden from Fight Club is a plot device warning against the alpha male front as a defense mechanism against lack of meaning in a man's life. The book is written by an actual gay dude that can see through that facade clear as day. And yet a whole industry was born from that. The irony.

Personally I would love to lean into the appreciation of intellect over everything else.

Anything less than that is a distraction imo and that is very costly.

Wow, I did not know that. That’s quite the twist.

That being said, hopefully it leads to Healthy Game becoming the thing in the near future.

Lots of Owen bashing lately on the forum. And really demonization of  stage orange in general.

youngsters stand to benefit from good ol fashioned self help. Positive thinking, self mastery, goal setting, follow thru, ambition etc. All things we try to bypass with spirituality and new age shit

On point. Healthy stage orange is necessary to advance spiritual wizards :D I'll do my best to bring healthy stage orange materials/teachers here on the forum.

That is usually my attitude, however with his teachings the youngsters will not be able to distinguish the corruption in it.

It takes a very developed mind to distinguish that. So there is real danger there. Young men get suckered into toxic Red Pill and Alt Right politics so easily.

Fair point- can’t deny the importance of cognitive development required in making nuance distinctions.

Your work is also doing a great service in teaching youngsters how to make such distinctions. Keep doing what you’re doing

@CARDOZZO  very good. I believe that consistency is important and something I've been lacking for a long time. Do you think that is orange or blue?

Contemplate: What is consistency? How do I define consistency? Consistency = Perfection? If I do something 4x week is it consistency? How many times I have to do something to call it "consistency"? When will I call myself "consistent"? What is inconsistency?

I know a girl in my social circle who has all kinds of mental illnesses: adhd, bipolar, depression and something else. She is also insanely artistic, always coming up with otherworly dimensions in her paintings. I figured all her mental illnesses were in some way connected to insight into higher consciousness.

I imagine Neil Breen's next film is about a guy who has ALL OF THEM -- All the mental illnesses. :D

That's a brilliant story idea that's never been done before: a character with every mental illness xDxD

It took me a long time to move beyond the paradigm Owen gave me. Your work was a big part of keeping myself from ever getting too deeply into it, but it was definitely my primary paradigm for most of my 20s. I'd say reading Byung-Chul Han and Rachel O'Neill's ethnography on the pickup community were the last nails in the coffin. It's necessary to learn pickup to a certain extent, but it's a toxic strategy for a toxic terrain. Owen is likely among the most sophisticated and ethical that the worldview can offer.
