Well I'm with you there, I was just making an attempt at humor. Though being clueless about the true nature of something doesn't preclude love, just makes it of a different flavor and degree. There's a certain cute innocence that's lost with this work, of just being a human in a finite material universe loving your family and nature. Seen negatively it's ignorance, corruption; positively it's childlike purity. Maybe I'm just attracted to that since I never had it to begin with. Before God I wasn't alive in any meaningful sense whatsoever, yet even now with all the deconstruction, peak states, and integrating divinity into the mundane, there's that piece missing, on which I have more clarity now. Like you said, there's costs and responsibilities to higher consciousness, that forms part of it, one I personally may be more afflicted by.

I think it's the difference between the typical tourist who wants to go to Paris or Rome versus the more serious traveler who books a one-way to Dhaka.

DMT and 5meo are much better.

Salvia is unpleasent by its own chemical structure.

At low doses salvia is manageable. But people are stupid and do high doses.

I really liked the new blog post about South Korea. I found this cool documentary on South Korea's educational system, definitely worth your time.

I think this documentary is worthy to go on the blog. Not just to comment on Korean society, but on the factory-farm nature of education in general.

I did salvia in college a couple times with friends.

It was definitely strange, but nothing traumatic or scary about it. Just some college kids getting high and laughing about it.

I'm guessing our doses were relatively low. We smoked it, but I was never good at holding an inhale of smoke that long anyway.

No joke! Every time I used mad honey was in a cup of tea nearby the comedown of lsd trip. My experience is it prolonged the trip and gave me a sort of delerious experience. It also works as a powerful laxative/purification agent, since I always be shitting my guts out off the mad honey.

Salvia was actually my first psychedelic. 

When I was 15.
It used to be legal in the headshops at the time.

I definitely think experimenting put me on a different wave length relative to my peers, since I’d experienced something so radically different than most people around me.

While I was listening the  trip report of salvia, of a guy who became a ceiling fan I felt like I was being watched, I looked to a chair in my room and said: Ahhhh you fucker!!! You are spying on me dont you??
