📊 71% of Israelis want the war to end with a hostage deal (hamas demands full withdrawal from Gaza).

Everybody is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely, and against the will of the entire World, in the Middle East - But it’s all talk, and no action! Please let this TRUTH serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20, 2025, the date that I proudly assume Office as President of the United States, there will be ALL HELL TO PAY in the Middle East, and for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against Humanity. Those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long and storied History of the United States of America. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW!

This is to the folks who for some reason thought Trump will handle the I/P conflict differently.

Those youtube channels do not really understand Israel because they take Smotrich and Ben Gvir ideology and project in onto the whole thing. This isn't a honest or serious way to understand anything.  Just from their terminology it is very clear.

In our method the edges have the most of the power because they can collapse the government if they quit from it. This is what people don't understand. Ben Gvir is the strongest person in Israel right now.

@Nivsch The video itself is somewhat satirical making fun of the whole issue.

But I don't know man. There are serious intellectual people predicting collapse of the state of Israel, even before 2023. I wouldn't be surprised if it will collapse from within. US pouring money into it will help, but how long?

Not really a good video. It gets a lot of facts wrong like the idf death and injuries. It also is older and misses that hamas stopped firing rockets and Lebanon has a ceasefire.

It takes a lot for a state to collapse, look at what happened to Syria and somehow the government still didn’t collapse.

What I think will happen is the secular Israelis will lose influence as they leave the country and have lower birth rates, and the messianic Zionist’s will gain influence and become more right wing and brutal, this will cause the USA to slowly move away from them as younger people are more liberal and Israel skeptic. Israel will then have to rely on its nuclear weapons as a show of force when they no longer have US intervention as a cover. This will cause surrounding Arab countries to start making nukes to defend against Israel and each others since the Middle East is not a nuclear weapon free zone. There will also be Islamist revolutions and terror attacks in response to this which can trigger wars here and there, possibly even a civil war in Israel. Eventually larger enemies will engage Israel but it will have degraded capacity due to loss of the upper class Jews and Western support so they’ll use the Samson option.

States like Syria, Russia, Iran has astronomical resiliency. They can take it a lot of shit and not crumble.

Israel is an contrived fragile society backed by US. It's basically a project of the US where it pours money into it forever. So it takes far less to collapse Israel.

Maybe a better wording would be Israel as we know it as an apartheid state would collapse.

Either way, I would not be surprised if it did collapse.

Well the scenario you described will happen is the leading to the collapse of Israel. A better example would be to compare it to South Africa.

I am not in a favor of conquering Syria but it shows something about how part of the residents in a neighbor country think.
