  1. @Recursoinominado I feel you man xD  it is not easy to implement insights, somehow you have to find ways to align to the frequency :D

Drug users of Cocaine/Heroine/Meth etc. use iboga to get rid of addition and carve new habits (I heard) but once you go this path be prepared to suffer .

@Serotoninluv Could you elaborate your mini doses of what and how much? Also, what are you hero doses that you do once month?

  2. OMG!

Topic can be: Most of the people do not buy luxury car but I own one. (Green Frog show-off)

    And the plot can be:

Joseph: There is not even a question but lets discuss it and show them the truth (Joseph show-off), fck.

    Leo: Lets expand perspective (Leo).

Joseph: I'm right and I do not accept other perspectives, I have my truth and there is only one, mine!

However, after reading your further posts Joseph I realized you agree with Leo, ha.

    I know I'm the same here :D.

What is the original question? There is no question.

  3. well, I had bufo after rape and kambo and I had a trip but I admit maybe I could get more out of bufo If I had smoked something before.

Anybody tried dmt (not 5-meo-dmt) anally?

I think I' going to mix it with 0.5ml of watter and stick it in :D.

  4. @Sockrattes "Yes and No but basically no. " - In a sense you can choose whatever you want. You and/or somebody else may perceive it as a wrong decision but it may be perceived as a right decision from different perspective. :D

Your two boys hang from building and you can save only one of them, who do you save ? :( There is not right/wrong decision.

Even if things seem clear: Am I going to shop because I'm hungry or I'm not going to the shop and I stay hungry. As long as you are free to accept any consequence you are free to choose whatever you want.

However, you may soon or later realize that you do not have free will at all and therefore you cannot make wrong decision because there is not the one that decides.

    what retreat did you attend?

the few I've been to they allowed for chair and back support for those who might face difficulty sitting with crossed legs.

I tend to opt for a back support myself.

It was retreat in Javorie, Slovakia May 2018 by Bhante Gavesi

Yes, some people sit/sat on chair, ego is bitch that is why I sat cross-legged. I realized that I should have used this back pain as noting object and investigate deeper. And out of practice exercise more to sort out this back issue.

  6. I realized that pain (having lots of pain in prolonged meditation) is a great tool for meditation as an object of meditation, just note pain(s) and watch its impermanence.

Also, as Leo mentioned use it as a tool for strong determination practice.

It also goes in line with D. Ingram's book - Mastering the Core Teachings of the Buddha, which has at least 4 stars for me.

  7. In 2 weeks I go for 5-MeO trip one day and ayahuasca the following one ...

Any advice what would be the best prep for it?

Also, I've observed that people sell something like 5-MeO-pyr-T and 5-MeO-MiPT. Anybody tried? What are these substances about?

    Lay down?

     Walking meditation?

Also there are other ways to get there besides mediation ;)

ps I know it’s Goenka, above options wouldn’t really fly but retreats are overrated anyway. Do your own; all you need is a mosquito net and a forest :)

Yes, it is walking sitting, walking sitting, etc. always 1h but after 5-6 days (when one should get the most benefit) I can hold sitting position in the afternoon for few mins, also it is not really nice during dhama talk to change position every 2-3minutes because I'm not able to sit.

Ok, lying on my back helps but it usually makes me loose concentration. Maybe I try solo retreat at certain point this may relieve some mental burden of it but one needs discipline anyway and retreat helped me to build discipline.

I just want to know what people tried and what worked for them, maybe I did not try something :) .
