  1. Some ppl get really depressed when their routine is changed. Stopping work for so long doesn't seem like it did you much good. Seems you need to get active again. Look for another job?

As far as being social, not sure if you know of meet-up groups?

    https://www.meetup.com/cities/gb/17/london/

You're in London? I looked up "meet-up" for that location. You search groups and/or activities, then sign up. The only costs are for the activity itself.

Anyways, I did it once to meet local women friends and do an activity I was interested in. It was fun. I would do it again.

I feel possessed by some entity. I tried to kill myself 10 days ago. I took some pills. I didn't die, but I think my insides are fucked now. There is the most unbearable, sick feeling of dread, terror, sickness and evil in my core. I can smell the evil inside of me. It's putrid. My eyes are going crossed. I'm spitting blood sometimes.

I've totally ruined everything. Nothing can save me. No prayer or meditation can help me.

Not dying from a medication overdose is pretty common actually depending on what you took. It does not mean you are possessed by an entity.

Did you go to the hospital? Have you tried to reach out to a friend or family?

You are not evil. You are having bad, irrational thoughts. You need to get some help.❤

  3. @Preety_India Welp, sometimes situations and ppl come into our lives to dig up (trigger) past hurts and wounds in us that we aren't yet to clear on or we don't yet have solid boundaries.

Which allow others to hurt us deeply, giving away our power/energy to them. They then have the upper hand, which causes us to feel weak and our boundaries become even weaker. It can be a downward spiral effect.

Best you can do is really soul search what you want and if that person is 1) willing and 2) capable of providing it, if so but that's not happening, it may be your communication and boundaries need serious work. But, if not, it's time to set boundaries and leave the situation.

  4. People who understand their nature as awareness/consciousness do not do evil to others. It is "ignorance of one's true nature" that promotes evil.

Christ said, “Father, forgive them for the know not what they do.” (ignorance)

Ignorance/Maya makes awareness "identify" as a person who does not know that it is actually whole and complete awareness.

If awareness/consciousness is under the spell of ignorance it does actions that cause suffering to it and to others in the form of the "person".

  5. @Schahin My perspective is that you, as Schahin, are but an "aspect" of the totality. All things must mesh and work together, in what I would say is the dharma field (aka Isvara/God).

So, everything that happens or doesnt happen, is perfect and works perfectly regarding the physical and psychological laws/rules, karma, etc of all things. Only God could work out such a perfect plan.

However, with that said, one must always think and do what is of highest value to them, as free will is equal to determinism. Meaning, there is no determinism without free will and vs versa, as time unfolds in the now.

So, awakening is and isn't a gift from God, depending how you see it. If you see that free will=determinism, then yes, it is.

could some people be totally lacking consciousness

I would say that you are consciousness experiencing a person.

    Not the other way around.

So, there would be no way to not have a "subjective experience",(of thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc) when the "illusion" of the person is "within" awareness.

Unless, maybe, you are in a coma.

    Hi, welcome to the forum!

I think many people have the same concerns that you seem to, regarding if they are abandoning a religious faith and what impact that may have.

I'd say, it has no impact what so ever, but I can't make you see that perspective. You would need to see  through self-inquiry that your "true nature" has nothing to do with organized religion.

However, with that said, you also don't need to abandon your religious beliefs altogether, but actually put them into proper perspective. Bhakti yoga is a spiritual practice focused on a loving devotion towards a personal god.

Nothing wrong with it, imo, as long as its not fear based.:)
