The Power of Autosuggestion
The Power of AutosuggestionAutosuggestion is the hypnotic or subconscious adoption of an idea that one has originated oneself, e.g. through repetition of verbal statements to oneself in order to change behavior.
All day long, in between activities or during down time, I have been implementing this, whether spoken gently or in my head.
"I got this"
"I am so healthy"
"I feel great in my body"
"This is beautiful"
"I can do this"
"I am focused"
etc etc.
The most important ones for me happen in the shower, try it out!
These effect your subconscious heavily! Do not underestimate them.

Vegan problems
Vegan problems@SuperLuigiAgree 100% with @pluto . 136 Day Juice Fast -- elevated my life on every level: physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. True bliss. Cured many dis-eases as well (back-acne, fatigue, & IBS). Cooked foods do have a dramatically slower bowel-transit time, and can collect in the colon over time. If you don't believe me, do a colonic and see the unbelievable amount of old SHIT that is stuck in your colon, which most likely is a major contributing cause to many of your current ailments. Cheers!
Anyway, sounds like your pancreas (responsible for digesting) is weak. You may also want to supplement with herbs (tinctures or teas) to target this weakness, such as Gentian, Milk Thistle, Chickweed, Marshmallow, Bitters, Dandelion Root, Dock Family (Yellow Dock, Burdock, Oregon Grape Root), Ginger, and the Mint Family. Look up Dr. Morse on YouTube for more info Him and John Rose saved my life.

Vegan problems
Vegan problemsDo a raw juice cleanse/water fast and start fresh again. This is the only way you can truly see what is working for you and what is not. When you start eating again start with fruits one fruit at a time then observe then slowly make your way to vegetables again one at a time and observe the body/mind and how you feel ect...

Truth
How should scientists approach their research while being truth orientedThere is Absolute truth and relative truth.
Absolute truth you've never encountered even once in your life (if you had, you'd know).
And relative truth is the domain of all other human knowledge. All science is relative truth. Physics is relative truth. That you were born and that you will die is relative truth. Etc.
It's relative because all of reality is absolutely relative. A truth can only exist relative to some arbitrary standard which you designate. Without any standards, there is nothing true. Which is Absolute Truth -- utter groundlessness. This is difficult to understand unless you have a direct consciousness of the Absolute.
Relative truth (like science) is useful stuff. It's important and necessary for survival. But just keep in mind that's not ultimately true. It's true only relative to your survival and present state of consciousness. Once your present state of consciousness is altered (like if you die), all science and other relative truths fly out the window. They become untrue because all along they were predicated upon you being alive as a human being.
Yeah... this is heavy heavy stuff.
Consider this: if you were an ant, which truths of yours would survive? Any?

Vision
"Advice For Visionaries" QuestionLearn focus.
You will not actualize anything unless you learn to be specific, concrete, and focused.
This is not in conflict with having a high-level, abstract vision.

When your crush is your best-friend.
When your crush is your best-friend.@Enachescu Dragos don't create an artificial context. instead, get closer and closer. build trust, then build intimacy. slowly.
you don't even have to say anything. there's no need for those romantic "i like you"/"i love you" moments. those are just fantasy.
a few seconds of silence and deep eye contact is way deeper than any amount of cheesy "i love you" stories.

The Power of Now by Eckart Tolle
The Power of Now by Eckart TolleIt's good. I enjoyed it. I feel like the Now never changes. That's really the most important insight in Metaphysics. The Now does not change.

Mini guide on how to successfully destroy your smartphone
Mini guide on how to successfully destroy your smartphoneSo I have been wanting to do this for a while now
Why destroy your smartphone?
- For me, and many other people it is the most time consuming addiction in our day to day life
- Small fact I heard, and not sure if this is accurate, but 41% of a human being’s lifetime is spent looking at a screen. I picture my life more out in nature.
How to do it?
1) Look at all the apps you have, and delete the ones you don’t use.
2) All the apps you do use, write them on a notepad, and make a list.
3) Find a substitute for each important app, and function of your smartphone. Some of the most important substitutes: Get a used mp3 player, old school gps, flip phone for messaging and calls, and if you have a laptop, that should act as a good substitute for all your other smartphone functions.
Is this right for everyone?
* It depends on you, where you are in life, etc. For me personally, I feel like it would be a nice step in a positive direction, and I could see a better life doing this. Im actually really excited to do this.
* On the other hand, I remember leo’s infastructure video, and he makes some good points how technology like a smartphone could be used to really advance yourself in self actualization and life purpose. Maybe when I am more conscious after a few years of work, I will get a smartphone again.
Some of my favorite role models:
* Sadhguru has 2 phones lol
* Ed sheeran got rid of his phone, and used an iPad as a substitute.
Final thoughts
* It can be done if you go about it strategically, just do some planning and thinking if this is a right decision for you
Feedback
* Any thoughts on this? I plan on finishing this little mission within 4-8 days. I have thought about it for 5 months+ and think I am ready now.
