  1. Chess consciousness
    Awakening to infinite chess
I was laying in bed one morning trying to fall asleep as I entered a profound state of consciousness. Let's just call it Chess Consciousness, because Alien Consciousness is a thing now, and thus I proclaim my right to my very own name. Thank you very much.
Anyway, it's kind of difficult for me to describe in words, but I'd say that my entire previous reality, including all the senses, memories and concepts, had been reorganized into an infinite game of chess. Consciousness was the board, and similarly to how consciousness can take on the quality of redness in the color of red, it had taken on the quality of "chessness" in this case. Everything was reinterpreted through this deeper sense of chess. So the sound of a bird chirping basically wasn't being interpreted as the sound of a chirping bird, but somehow correlated with a move inside the game.
It began by me just laying in bed and moving around as you do in sleep. My body had already fallen asleep, but the mind was still fully and vividly conscious. I moved a leg and it was suddenly threatening to capture a hand. So I moved the hand out of the way, just for it to be threatening to take the nose. Suddenly there is a bird chirping, the chirping is threatening to take the sensation of the bed pressing against the body. There is no defending it. Suddenly that whole sequence of moves became a much larger piece on an even larger chess board that was intersecting with the current chess board. These larger pieces would make moves and all of their moves would accumulate into a much larger piece making moves ad infinitum. It was a completely paradoxical and strange loopy sort of reality. My person had become nothing but a meaningless fragment of that whole machine, but I was the machine itself! I was the very essence of chess! I was all of it. Every move, every piece, every part of the whole, individually and collectively as I was playing this game against my very self.
I don't remember waking up, I just remember being awake at some point and just going "What the fuck was that?!". I didn't take any drugs, I was just practicing wakeful dreaming. I hope to be able to reproduce similar effects in the future.
I've been having weird, strange loopy and seemingly non-nonsensical dreams of infinity lately, so that dream definitely plays into that whole theme really well. It felt like what I'd image a low dose of Salvia or DMT to feel like, though these substances would've exponentially amplified the lucidity of this state. It honestly made me excited to try either, once I've accumulated more psychedelic and lived experiences.

How Self-Reference Builds the World - my new paper
I invite you to discover my new paper "How Self-Reference Builds the World" where I show how starting from self-reference as the entity with the property of looking-back-at-itself, all qualia, thus consciousness, can be obtained.

The paper can be found on my internet profiles, such as: https://philpeople.org/profiles/cosmin-visan

  5. Chronic fatigue
    Chronic fatigue
Chronic fatigue can literally have 50 different causes. You must test each possible cause one by one.
The error is to fall for the simplistic idea that there is one cause and one solution. What worked for someone else likely won't work for you because the odds are like 1/50.
Start with getting comprehensive blood work, especially check your thyroid, hormones, and vitamins comprehensively.

  7. Beautiful language
What makes a languages beautiful and other language ugly ?
Tongue rolling = beautiful. Spanish, Italian are the most romantic of the romantic languages. They also tend to be lighter and faster, like a bird chirping.
Heavy wet languages with lots of phlegm-y sounds like they're horking up mucus = gross. German, Scottish, Irish. I think the term is glottal stop, but I'm not a linguist so I'm having a hard time describing the exact "ugly" sounds associated.
In between you've got something like Portuguese which sounds like a wet Spanish to me.
Russian has lots of tongue rolls like Spanish but they're much shorter and all the words sound harsher overall.
Dutch is ugly to me because it's like German with even wetter sounds, plus they add a lot of OOO sounds that makes it sound ridiculous.
Danish/Norwegian/Swedish have a similar problem with the ooo noises and tone randomly rising up and down that makes them sound silly as well.
The various tones in Chinese give it a singing quality and make it more beautiful.
Japanese sounds intelligent and competent. I don't know if I classify it as beautiful or ugly, it just commands respect, similar to a really posh English accent.
Korean is a bit too choppy due to the short words.
I'm probably too biased to say if English is beautiful or ugly, but I'd say it's too slow. On average Japanese is spoken at 7.84 syllables per second while English is only 6.19. So a Japanese person can say an additional 100 words per minute or almost an extra 6,000 words per hour!

  9. LP and AI
    Leo's Post About AI
"And the kicker is, if your reaction to the above is to fall into fear, depression, and inaction then you have definitely failed to evolve and you will definitely be replaced."
"For you youngsters there is a huge life purpose opportunity here for shaping the next evolutionary step of mankind and civilization."
@Leo Gura do you have any thoughts yourself about what kind of actions / life purpose could that be?
The only ways to influence this issue that I can come up with are connected either to technology or politics?
What if you aren't interested in those? Is there still something useful you could do?

  10. Ai and music
    Future of art?
Here is  some more (even though I don't understand exactly how curated the following AI was if I'm going to be honest).
This is cool because in the future musicians could work in tandem with AI's. Maybe you could use an AI to translate your brainwaves into sounds and then you could literally "think" music into existence, in the same way that engineers are building prosthetic limbs that analyze the stimulation of your muscles in order to perform certain movements? A difficulty as an artist is that you have to translate your ideas into a real piece of art using some kind of limited medium. You could have a great idea for a piano piece, but you might lack the technical ability to perform that piece on an actual instrument. This sort of technology might take care of such limitation.

  11. Art and AI
    Future of art?
As many of you might've seen already, there is a cool text-to-mage AI that allows you to generate images from a simple prompt. Recently they rolled out a new feature which allows you to use a reference image. This is very interesting, because I've been dreaming of such a technology for a while. Image drawing a simple image (with paint for example) and telling an AI to draw something from that image and an additional prompt. You don't need to know anything about shading, coloring, perspectives or whatever, the AI does all of that for you.
Now, the text-to-image AI is quiet new and has only been released to the public a few months ago, so it's still kind of shit, not gonna lie, but I still think that it's amazing, because we're getting a glimpse of the future of art. This thread isn't about the text-to-image AI in particular (there are enough threads about that already, I just think that it makes my point clear). I just wanted to talk about how AI could influence art in the future. Here are a few images I let the AI make (the images are okay, but just the very fact that this is possible is fucking cool!!)
You are legally obligated not to laugh at my paint drawings.
    Prompt: Volcano erupting at night

    Prompt: Futuristic city

Prompt: Ancient tower, on a mountain, hidden in the clouds

Prompt: Palm tree on a beach (burning palm tree on a beach for the 2nd image)

I  hope that y'all see the potential of this technology? This is amazing! And it's been out for a couple of months only! Imagine how good this technology will be in another 20 years.
So how do you think could artists utilize AI?

  12. Also movies
    Movie Recommendations
Thought I would create a thread for others to post what movies they have enjoyed the most. I am looking to watch more movies to have something to look forward to.
I personally like movies that include sci-fi, good stories, educational, better understanding of ego development/spiral dynamics, higher consciousness, emotional, twists, comedies,
I think some of the older ones can be the best
Feel free to share your favourites though

  13. Meta forum
DO NOT just "Use this forum"
Don't randomly scan this forum frequently.
don't just read any post or thread
90% of it is all b.s and distraction
90% of people here are mediocre ... or they at least have different or even opposing goals to you.
Therefore, follow the people you resonate with most and find consistently valuable or interesting or share the results you wanna see, follow those people and forget everything else.
My point is less is more ... in fact I might just stop scanning the forums ever entirely and only follow a select few people who consistently provide practical answers ... I already wasted so much of my life so remember that for 95% of you this forum is just netflix, and youre better off just watching netflix because it's more fun the crappy futile posts youre reading here.
I wasted some time here until I understood this.
Now I just ignore 95% of the forum, be picky have high standards.
Even on a PD Forum, most people are mediocre so why the fuck am I gonna follow you if you don't get/or not working your ass of to ... get laid or have 7 figures or achieve some crazy goal yet or you're just lazy and want to post about Jordan Peterson crying or kim kardashian?
Stop following losers or you' stay one.

  14. Meta forum
DO NOT just "Use this forum"
Be deliberate. You can use the forum to research certain topics that you need to work on, with the search function.
Don't just randomly click on any topic unless it piques your interest and you think you can get some value out of participating it or getting new perspectives.

It's not what you do but how you do it.

Are you using this forum out of compulsion? Or are you using this forum out of intention? Are you conscious of how much value you're actually getting out of this forum?

This forum should be tertiary to your main sources of knowledge (books, courses, etc.) This forum can be used for pulling nuggets, but it's not the best for focused learning.

  15. my raplp, strategy
How do YOU scheme to escape wage slavery?
Alternatively, shadow work, freedom from thought attachment, and thus from scheming.
Otherwise, use Youtube, Tick Tok etc, as platforms for the e learning business, and make sure to stay in front of people for as long of periods of time as possible, every week. Speak with conviction, convince others you know something, which they need to know, or are something which they need to be, to be happy and prosperous. Your con will be unknowingly adopted as their vice. Everyday would be way more effective. Three times a day might the ideal. Plant seeds of doubt with terminology such as wave slavery, as opposed to mindsets of abundance, and then offer a monetary solution to the problem you convinced them of, and don’t help them understand the discord from what was presented, stick to the money maker as the solution. Those listening will be your means of escape. Don’t overthink the content, it’s the staying in front & convincing that makes the difference. The masses seem to be attached to thought as well, and thus are very easily susceptible to this strategy, so let the 10 - 15 year plan go and start today.

  18. 100 self-help practices
    100(ALMOST) Psychological Practices
    Name:
    Forgiveness Meditation
    Purpose/Effects
Forgiving others and ourselves is an important healing practice. We can often be unaware of how much we are affected by the burden, negative thoughts, and difficult memories we carry from not forgiving others. While forgiveness can be difficult it has been linked to improved physical and mental health. Benefits include decreased stress levels, blood pressure, and symptoms of chronic pain, depression and anxiety.
    Method Summary
While you are sitting in meditation, ask for forgiveness first from others, then yourself, and finally forgive others.
    Long Version
Begin by sitting in a comfortable position and settling your attention on your breath.
Step 1) Asking forgiveness from others
When you are ready, recall someone you have hurt in some way and feel into whatever emotions, such as pain, guilt, or remorse, you may have for what happened.
Allow yourself to compassionately be with these feelings and reflect on the causes of your actions.
This is not to vindicate yourself but instead help understand the fear, confusion or hurt that may have caused your actions.
When you are ready, offer your genuine apologies and ask this person for forgiveness.
Perhaps saying, “I am sorry for whatever hurt I have caused you knowingly or unknowingly, I ask for your forgiveness.”
Feel into what sensations, images and feelings arise.
    Step 2) Forgiveness of self
Now, recall any ways that you have hurt or mistreated yourself in the past.
Become aware of how it feels when you acknowledge the pain you may have caused yourself and gently and compassionately be with it.
See if you can forgive yourself for the ways you may have caused harm, perhaps saying:
“For the ways I have knowingly or unknowingly harmed myself, I forgive myself.”
Be aware of any emotions that may arise as you say these words and hold yourself with deep compassion.
    Step 3) Forgiving others
Next, bring to mind someone who has harmed or wronged you in the past.
Acknowledge what feelings are present and allow yourself to feel the sorrow or hurt from their actions.
Contemplate the possible causes for their actions. Again, this is not to excuse their behavior but to cultivate greater compassion and understanding.
Feel any heaviness from carrying this burden of hurt and grudge towards this person.
To whatever degree you are ready, offer that person your forgiveness.
Perhaps say: For the harm and hurt you have caused me, intentionally or unintentionally, I forgive you.”
Don’t feel bad if you are not ready to forgive. Even opening to the possibility of forgiving someone can be healing.
If you have trouble with forgiving someone, you can try to imagine them as a young child who is perhaps confused and frightened.
Repeat these steps if it feels right and allow yourself to feel the lightness or relief that can arise from forgiveness.
    History
Forgiveness practices can be found throughout the world in both religious and secular contexts. The method here was adapted from guided forgiveness meditations by Buddhist teachers Jack Kornfield and James Baraz.
For more information about Jack Kornfield and James Baraz visit their websites:
    http://www.jackkornfield.org/
    http://www.jamesbaraz.com/
    Cautions
Forgiveness meditation can sometimes be challenging and painful. Please be kind to yourself if you do not feel forgiving. Forgiveness takes time and we are only inclining the heart towards forgiveness in this practice and not forcing anything.
Also, it is critical to remember self-compassion when recalling past grievances towards yourself and others and remind yourself that all humans are imperfect.

  19. tough love
    Brutal Love Mega-Thread
Usually we think of love as open, allowing, acceptive and feminine but there is also a brutal aspect to Love. Sometime ago, Leo posted on his blog a video of I Am Legend as an example of an harsh expression of Love: https://www.actualized.org/insights/this-is-love
The movie Beautiful Boy is another good example of the kind of love I am talking about: the father of a drug addict tries everything to help his son get clean, even trying drugs himself, but in the end he has to accept that he can't help him and has to let him go and cut him off completely from his life out of love. Highly suggested movie.
It would be helpful to understand that love is not just the stereotypical kind of love that people usually think about when hearing the word "Love".
Please share other examples of brutal love that you have seen in movies, books, articles, news, blog posts, YouTube videos etc. or even examples from your own life.

  20. self-hypnosis extreme potential
Insane Potential of Deep Hypnosis (Astral Projections, Enlightenment,...)
    1.Hypnotic Phenomena
Catalepsy: Inability to move Anesthesia: Inability to feel/sense a body part  Amnesia: Inability to remember sth Somnambulism: very deep trance Esdaile State / Coma State: The deepest hypnotic state. When a patient is allergic against narcotics, then some doctors used to bring the patient into the Esdaile State for heart surgeries. You keep full consciousness while in the Esdaile State and are so deep that you wouldn't even feel a heart surgery.  The nice thing about hypnotic phenomena is that they can be anchored. That means, if you anchor the Esdaile State you can enter it at any time in less than 10 seconds.
    2.Benefits
    2.1. OBEs
    - How to reliably have OBEs:
    - Benefits of OBEs:
    2.2 Enlightenment
    2 possibilities:
Once in the Esdaile State, induce an OBE and then materialize and take psychedelics. The Esdaile State itself is already somewhat nondual. If you want to meditate towards enlightenment, then first go into the Esdaile State, and then do your meditation or self-inquiry, it will be on steroids. How many monks are able to go so deep that they could have a heart surgery without narcotics? Imagine starting your meditation practice from that place.
    2.3 Orgasms
You can have very long hands-free, whole-body orgasms. And if you anchor it, you can have them instantly. Here is one hypnosis audio for hands free orgasms:

Already on the first time listening, I felt a surge of pleasure throuch my whole body every time she clapped her hands. I haven't watched it often, so I haven't had a full whole-body orgasm yet. The deeper you can go into trance, the more powerful it will be. So if you are not in trance, you won't feel anything.

    2.4 Change your Subconscious
So many people do affirmations while only in a shallow trance. You gotta be in somnambulism for them to be very effective.

    2.5 Healing and Regeneration
Esdaile State: Marco Lorenz says that your body heals far quicker when in the Esdaile State. He also says that it is the highest form of regeneration. He sometimes goes for a few days without sleep and spends a few hours in the Esdaile State, and he feels perfectly rested. I believe he said 1 hour of being in the Esdaile State equals 8 hours of sleep in terms of energy and regeneration. But he said it doesn't permanently replace sleep. Sichort State: This state is similar to the Esdaile State. Mr Sichort supposedly found that physical healing is increased 6-10 times while being in that state. This was apparently documented by the doctors Dolman and Marko through a method of systemic encyme counts. ( I haven't fact-checked that). Mr. Sichort is for example said to have healed a girl that was born with polio.
    3. Esdaile State
It was discovered by James Esdaile, a Scottish surgeon. It is reported that he reduced the post-operative fatality rate from 50% down to below 10% (compared to surgeries with narcotics), because of a lessening of post-operative shock (in the 19th century).
I guess the Esdaile State is similar to sleep yoga, staying aware during deep sleep. Though sleep yoga is certainly way more nondual, but that might be because the monks are trained and aim for concentrating on the nondual. And it probably also depends on the depth of the Esdaile State (in case it has degrees of depth). In any case, Marco Lorenz said that when you are fully in the Esdaile State, you have epsilon brainwaves (0-0.5hz). And the tibetan monks have delta brain waves (0.5-4 hz) during deep sleep. If you look up epsilon brainwaves, they are found in hard core yogis. So getting into epsilon is definitely very valuable. And it is definitely far easier to get into the Esdaile State than managing sleep yoga. That might indicate that you are in a deeper state in sleep yoga, or that their techniques are less effective, idk.
The fastest way to enter the Eadaile State is by going to a hypnotist. If he is very good, you can enter it within a few sessions. Once you have been there a few times and have already somewhat anchored it, it is far easier to achieve on your own.
On your own, by listening to good  audios, I guess that the average practitioner can reliably enter the Esdaile State after 40-200 hours of practice.
Two videos where Marco talks a bit about the Esdaile State in german:

    4. Going into Trance
First of all, going into trance is a skill like playing football, the more you practice the better you get. And everyone can be hypnotized and go deep into trance.
I would suggest you listen to a good guided hypnosis that brings you to the Esdaile State. Unfortunately there isn't much out there.
Unless you find a very good one, I would recommend that after listening to many different hypnosis audios and somewhat learning how hypnosis works, you make your own script and record it. The benefit is that you can perfectly adjust it to your goals, strengths and weaknesses, and you can mix in the binaural beats you like most. I've already made a few hypnosis audios myself. With some I can't go deep in trance, but with one I get deeper than with professional audios. So making them yourself definitely works and it isn't that much work, just write a script, record it, mix the recordings together and add binaural beats. There are free audio editing apps.
    Some basic tips:
The most important thing about hypnosis is that you are passive, receptive, surrender and let go. The conscious mind needs to step aside so that it is directly communicated with the subconscious. Dont try to make anything happen, just observe and notice how it happens by itself (when you are suggested to go deeper or relax. But when you are suggested to nod your head, you can consciously nod the head) If you want to get very deep then it's helpful to be a bit tired. You need to find the sweetspot so that you are a bit tired and are more receptive but not as tired that you fall asleep or can't concentrate. I like to do all my hypnosis while lying down. If you want to induce OBEs or mystical states, then do the hypnosis during the night after a WBTB. In order to go very deep into trance you usually need a deep bodily and mental relaxation If you doubt at the beginning whether you are actually in trance: You probably are. Trance doesn't feel magical. Everytime you watch tv you go into trance. The question is how deep you go. Swallow reflex. I put some pillows beneath my matress and pillows beneath my head, that makes a big difference. Otherwise, you just need to get used to the salvio and untrain the swallow reflex. Or just use it as a deepener. "Every time I swallow I sink deeper into trance". You can improve your suggestibility by making suggestions to yourself during the day and then following them like: "when I count to 5 I'm gonna drink sth". I recommend you record yourself saying some suggestions including some which improve your suggestibility and which say that you can easiliy go deep into hypnosis and into the Eadaile State. Then listen to it after a deep hypnosis session.
    5. Audios
    5.1 Esdaile State
Marco Lorenz has a very good Eadaile State Hypnosis. But it's in german: https://www.brainwave3d.com/gateprogramm/gate-1-10/111/esdaile-state-die-tiefste-hypnose-der-welt-gate-5?c=53 This site has Esdaile State inductions, but it seems like the website isn't active anymore. 3 weeks ago I purchased an audio but haven't gotten a download yet, and no answers to my emails. Perhaps you have more luck contacting them. http://firewall.readyhosting.com/Store - Audio Digital.htm The full Elman induction brings you to the Esdaile State. But I haven't found an audio yet, so you would have to record the script yourself.  Just listen to audios which are designed to get you into deep hypnosis: 5.2 Deep Hypnosis
The youtube channel UltraHypnosis has a whole playlist with deep hypnosis audios. Here are some:

    5.3 Audios by:
Ultrahypnosis: https://www.youtube.com/user/UltraHypnosis They make very good free hypnosis audios on youtube. some good ones:
Nimja https://www.youtube.com/user/NimjaHypnosis  He doesn't have binaural beats in his audios, so you can mix those you like most. Zach Pincince  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCu0USluM11DeKM2-VlczMeA . He has a few videos to induce stuff like catalepsy and amnesia in the viewer.   But most of his videos show how he hypnotizes people on the street.  David Barren: https://mindcontrolpublishing.com/product/super-somnabulist-hypnosis-training/  His super Somnabulist course teaches you catalepsy, anesthesia and amnesia and good visualisation skills.  It is good but not really better than free content in youtube. Though I like the 4th video of his course. I cut out the boring stuff and made the parts about anesthesia and amnesia cycle many times, thus the effectiveness is increased. 5.4 Binaural Beats
I had been underestimating the power of binaural beats (and isochronic tones). You can't expect them to work on the first try. The brain is like a muscle, and everytime you listen to binaural beats, you train a specific brain region. Thus you can train your brain to go into alpha, theta, delta and ultimately epsilon waves. So binaural beats are very useful to mix into hypsnosis adios. When you practice with binaural beats, you should gradually go down from alpha to epsilon over a course of weeks or months without skipping a stage. And you must have headphones. (I believe In ear headphones are fine too, but the quality is lower).
I recommend the binaural beats by Marco lorenz. He has the most high quality. Usually you get them in mp3, but he sells them in wav 24 and wav 36. That means the quality is exponentially higher and he said he observed a noticable difference on the EEG. Before you buy the more expensive wav version, make sure that you have a device that can deliver the quality. It certainly isn't necessary to have them in wav but it probably gives an additional boost. Marco has his own research lab and adds some more technologes to his binaural beats like 3D technlogies and dissociative sounds. His website is in german, so use google translate.  The binaural beats are without voice so it doesn't matter.
Here is a link to some of his binaural beats.  https://www.brainwave3d.com/meditation/tiefenmeditation-fuer-profis/ I can recommend alpha till epsilon. If they are too expensive, then binaurals from youtube will certainly do as well.

    6. Resources to learn hypnosis
Google: go through reddit posts, they have a lot of valuable information. Don't even bother searching through normal internet sites, most are so low quality. YouTube: Watch some of Zeck Pincince videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCu0USluM11DeKM2-VlczMeA He is very skilled. You can learn a lot by watching him.  Books: "The Elman Induction" by Graham Old. Informative short book. Also includes some pages about the Esdaile State with an induction script. Very recommended I haven't yet read these two but they are said to be good: "Hypnosis: A Comprehensive Guide: Producing Deep Trance Phenomena". and : "Reality is plastic"

  22. how 2 yung
    How to study Carl Jung
Start with some introductory material by other authors. It's impossible to piece together his writings without either guidance or a really, really long time of study.
There are two books I recommend starting with:
    1. Anthony Stevens' "Jung". It's a very light introduction to Jung's ideas, but you'll also have a really wonderfully written biography of his life, which I feel is surprisingly helpful to understand his ideas. What kind of person was he, what was his background, when and how did he have his breakthroughs. It will be a good foundation that you can "hang" other knowledge on.
    2. Murray Stein's "Jung's Map of the Soul". This is a proper introduction to Jung's ideas that is light, but also goes right to the core of them.
These are books that won't necessarily make you a Jung fanatic, because they're not sexy, but they are extremely helpful as a foundation.
If you now want to make Jung more sexy and just get a general feel for how to look at him, you can binge-watch Jordan Peterson lectures (which gets Jung wrong sometimes, but I wouldn't worry about it since you're still gonna learn after this), or people on this forum or Actualized videos.
After that, you can start on Jung's own writings (finally! lol). I recommend starting with Man and His Symbols. It was written for a more general audience and is super interesting and has a lot of illustrations and dream interpretation and is easy to read. Symbols of Transformation is great because it analyzes fairytales and dreams and stuff. Psychological Types is also interesting if you're interested in personality psychology and typing (MBTI was built on this).
After this you can start on Archetypes and The Collective Unconscious and Aion. This in many ways is the "core Jung". You won't understand these completely on first reading, but they'll give you a thorough understanding of the archetypes! They also include grand analyses of western civilization that requires that you are more historically, religiously and philosophically aware, but don't worry about it.
After this you can go down the road of the alchemical psychology writings (Psychology and Alchemy, Mysterium Conjunctionis). This is crazy shit. Don't start here.
    Hope this helps!

  23. learning to naviguate dreams
    Purpose of sleep dreams
    @Vynce
Nah dreams aren't crazy non-logical stuff. There's method to the madness.
I've recommended this book to many people on this forum called "Mindful Dreaming" by David Gordon. Go take a look if you're interested.
I'm making it a goal of mine to learn how to navigate dreams better and get insights from them.
And working with dreams is also an interesting way to deconstruct the materialist paradigm.

  24. Actualized.org Textbook
    Actualized.org Textbook
    Hi everyone
I am excited to announce a little project I've been working on for the past couple of months.
    The Actualized.org Textbook!
I have assembled a document of summaries of foundational Actualized.org videos based on the "Start Here" section of the website. In addition, there are some extra video summaries at the end.
A lot of these summaries were written by me but I would also like to acknowledge that a very major part of the work came from the video summary thread and also some YouTube comments. I would like to thank @Juan Cruz Giusto, @TimStr, @Huz, @Nic, @Hello from Russia, @AleksM, and @Dan Arnautu from this forum for their significant and very helpful contributions.
I have tried as best I can to standardise the format, but doing this perfectly would take a massive amount of time. So please do note that the summaries are written by different authors with different stylistic preferences, some with English as a second language. Secondly, there are still small mistakes and probably some typos that I haven't picked up.
This document is best suited for:
-People who have seen the videos and want brief notes
-People who are up to speed with the latest videos and have followed for a while, understanding the conceptual frameworks within spirituality

For complete newbies, or people who have recently joined, the summaries may confuse you a little so I recommend you watch the original videos. A lot of the nuance and subtlety is lost in text.
    Also,
This is version 1.0 and I have linked word and pdf attachments to this post.
You are free to download them and modify them as you see fit. However, if you wish to update this version (i.e. fixing mistakes or adding in more fundamental videos) for the community, please keep a couple of things in mind:
    - There is a changelog on the 2nd page, so please insert changes made and also update the version number (i.e 1.1 from small fixes or 2.0 when a significant amount of content is added)
    - Also, please consider that when content is added, page numbers may not sync up so you will have to update them.

Think of this as the textbook for the undergraduate course.
    - Watching the video is like going to class
    - The textbook is like all your classes in one place in note form.
    - To get a good grasp and to orientate yourself you will need a massive theory base at the beginning (i.e an 3-4 year undergrad degree)
    - Taking action and watching the advanced videos will be like post-graduate study
    - Doing this work seriously and taking massive amounts of action, and going off on your own is like doing a PhD

You need to get the basic theory down BUT YOU MUST NOT GET LOST IN THEORY AND CONCEPTS. Orientate yourself, and go take action (a Masters/PhD candidate does experiments in the lab, he doesn't just sit in lecture theatres)
My main reason for assembling this is I see a lot of wasted time on the forum (myself included) of theorising and arguing and advanced people not communicating at the newbie level to newbies. Don't get me wrong, the forum is a great place and many people have helped me here (thank you!)
This is my parting gift to the community. I saw that I avoided doing the work by visiting the forum too much so I will be leaving to do the work for the next 5-10 years. My main focus is embodying and fully integrating stage orange, green, and yellow, as well as doing the spiritual practices and planning for psychedelic retreats.
Finally, @Leo Gura, I'm so sick of hearing your voice. I've probably listened to 20 of your videos in the last 3 days  I only now have caught a tiny glimpse of how much work has been put in by you over the past 5 years. Thank you for what you do! I'll still be sticking around for the advanced stuff

Love this book. Many of the things said are exactly the same as Leo's teachings. There are differences as well.
