  1. Yeah this isn't just you, it's a modern epidemic. It is having a lot of options but not committing to anything. You're so spoiled that you think you know stuff and so you never do hardship work, but this actually ends up harming you. You'll die soon, everyday without working towards your purpose makes it harder. That is like the blackpill. On the other hand nowadays you have everything in your favor. If you work on your purpose you can max it out like crazy.
  2. The people that make the breakthroughs go beyond academic rules. Even if they're part of academy, they're just exceptions and this is not encouraged from the inside. Anything that gets you closer to imagination should be encouraged, do they teach this in academy? No, it is just a pressure cooker and mindless imitation. They advocate for curiosity but in practice they produce the opposite effect.
  3. Less judgmental, more open to critics, more loving and less idiotic, caring for understanding and creativity over anything else, less rigid, epistemic driven, more accesible, less a dick measuring contest. But right now as it is is just a circus. All those things I mentioned requires authority to work and not just hippie leftists.
  4. Academics is the business of confusing people because it pays money. No interest in clarifying shit.
  5. P.S: Technically if you do good science it should point you to infinity or unity. Charge, electrons, electromagnetism, positive and negative, is ALL the same thing. Yet we divide it because science believe each one is a different thing. This is the insight I had trying to understand electronics. No electronic book of 1000 pages tells you this yet you inevitably end up realizing this and much more if you actually try to understand stuff.
  6. That hardly happens if you actually have skills.
  7. Oof, I can relate to that.
  8. That's your average academic profesor
  9. One time the wax on my ear got so bad that the hearing of sounds was displaced, my ear could not interpret the position of things correctly. It was a really weird illusion, until I washed them.
  10. Just consider that you feel this way because of selfishness. The antidote is selflessness.
  11. Your view reframed: Developing your consciousness by rising kids. Opening your mind through the high levels of creativity a young human possesses. Being highly aware of your shortcomings because the future of your kids are a stake. But it is what suits you.
  12. I am at a point where I want to fully understand low development positions. I advanced so much that I lost touch with it, and in a sense that is a mistake. Why? Because I will fail to understand many things if I cannot see how a low consciousness mind sees the world. This is part of seeing how mankind really works. It is easy to have your own biases fog the true motives of mankind.
  13. This doesn't has an obvious answer. I don't want to fall in the trap of isolating myself in one field, but on the other hand that's seems the only option when it comes to something meaningful. To give a concise answer: whatever you chose to do, do it for the sake of creativity and beauty, that is the only reasonably answer. Now, I don't want to fool anybody, that is probably not possible since whatever you do is out of survival. There is always survival reasons controlling your decisions, meaning that if you think you're doing something purely for creativity probably there are hidden practical reasons. And there is nothing wrong with pursuing "practical" stuff. If you have a job you do this 24/7, but the question is: is that going to allow you to access the higher levels of intelligence? What if there is a different approach that would bootstrap your growth 100x? How would you know? How are you supposed to reach high levels of creativity? I ask this precisely because there are not many people that has this answer pinned out, since it means doing much different things than out education system teaches. What I am implying in this post is that you are already subscribing to a system, but it might be limiting you way too much. Obviously I can say this because I know that it is also playing out in my own life. So now I am facing making decisions. Or more like I am constantly facing them. For example, right now I can see how my current career is going to shape my identity 5 years from now, playing in a social hierarchy, so I ask the question: how does the way I am studying is going to affect me 10 years from now? Is it what I really want? I am not sure if I am communicating what I want, but probably I would have to elaborate further anyways.
  14. Survival is an unconscious mechanism, but how? When you smell a putrid meat, you quickly recoil. That is survival, and we know how evolution does that or allows that, but does it actually explain the rejection of putrid meat? You could say evolution is the programming of biases. But then there is the divine state of consciousness, which understands that the putrid smell is beautiful, despite how the putrid smell made you feel at first glance. And that is exactly how this evolved organism manages survival, extrapolate that example to other things. Like the way you could metaphorically smell a putrid "belief system", it is the same mechanism of survival by how you avoid dying from an infection.
