Corruption occurs when you go so low that you completely loose track on what you do and why, and you become an overeactive mother fucker, unable to think properly and infecting every area of your life. The antidote is self reflection and avoid getting involved with corrupted people. Ethics is a relative thing, but the human psyche is more or less a universal thing highly dependent on the system it is part of, which can result in more or less stable minds across the board. A corrupt place will create less stable minds, which ends up causing more suffering, violence, lying, stealing and so surviving becomes even harder. Coca-cola is a multibillion dolar business that causes great harm because the food they sell creates sickness and a less stable mind. If you correct that then you're tackling the problem of corruption. I mean, you don't need to actually change Coca-Cola yourself, but you should avoid creating a company like Coca-Cola. There are businesses that causes harm and others that don't, plain and simple. To live you can't avoid being selfish, but you can live masterfully or like a complete dumb. For example, a good way of making a living could be selling books that educates people.

So I watched like 30mins. First impressions, Dr K. seemed very unauthentic, he said he agreed with everything but he was clearly skeptical and couldn't follow up on some things that Sadhguru said. I would have liked if he instead showed some of his own cognitive dissonance, because he was giving very little ground to an honest conversation too. Sadhguru also avoided that fact and didn't try to understand where Dr K. was coming from. I also get annoyed with people like dr K, but I think I can manage it way better than Sadhguru. For example, at one point Sadhguru talks about the "memory of your cells" being more powerful than you. Clearly Dr K didn't buy into it despite having lots of truths. And so he was very little reciprocal. -
@LambdaDelta Sure, there's no specific time to meet God. I am just living how I programmed myself to live, which is exploring and understanding music, for the sake of it and also to live out of it. Once you say "I'll put aside psychedelics for now to focus on other areas" then that's exactly what will happen, even if you have the time and resources. I tell you this because I used to be more into spirituality just 1 year ago, and the moment to contemplate just came naturally because my mind was put into it. But I am not a fan of discontinuing spirituality completely.

I have the same question, on how to make space for psychedelics. I want to keep working with them but I don't see how I can do it while I study for my career. I feel like either you have your focus put on introspection, or over exams for university.

This is just true, you're just shooting yourself in the foot

I would actually try to smoke more dmt on my own before considering a retreat of this kind, just to develop my guts more. But on the other hand I might never awaken with this kind of teachings. @Leo Gura Have you consider doing online awakening-psychedelic guidance?

We have it all, but we are weaker than ever

This is the key. Mastery is built on repetition and nothing else.

I am definitely interested. Personally I would like to work with microdoses, but I think the opportunity of a space like that would help me to crack some code of reality.

I do, I am currently taking a supplement that combines 5 different magnesium sources, but not as powerful as just magnesium glycinate. I take it 2-3 hours before bed.

Hi, I wonder, are you using chatGPT? The structure is identical to the ones the IA spits. I am not judging but I would like transparency. If not, what is your field of study? Sorry for the interrogation.

I agree. In essence what matters the most and what has the most impact is quality. I do a lot of hours just to have more moments of quality.

I have a hard time understanding what you really mean. Are you saying I am just selfish and live in fear? I am actually more interested in deep spiritual topics/facts. Self development is really boring for me, as in the mainstream notion of it. I think is part of human psychology and unavoidable the fact that we'll engage in forms self-development to be better at new things.

How can you be socially useful when you're wasted? I am not saying that people who have bad habits are bad. You can still see goodness in them. I would be drinking whiskey right now if it made me more mature

You can exercise becoming more independent/less dependent on others. Listen to yourself more, be clear about how things make you feel and inspect what is the source of your suffering, i.e why do you suffer at all. If I could only stick to one habit that would improve my life would be doing some kind of physical activity constantly.
