    For me.. it’s the fact that Islam has a logical answer to every single question; spiritual or temporal that I’ve asked. All it takes is searching for the answer in the right place. Most Muslims (and non Muslims) do not have sufficient data to arrive at the right answers because they don’t ever research Islam themselves but rely on conclusions arrived at by the media or other hostile sources.

So long as you are not putting others in harms way..you need to follow what that thing inside your chest is telling you. If you're feeling down because someone next to you looks like they've got things figured out..stop feeling down .. they don't know what the fuck they're doing.

    Nobody knows what they are doing. We're not meant to know what we are doing. If you're angry.. be fucking angry. If you're thrilled..be fucking thrilled. If you're sad.. be fucking sad. If you're optimistic.. be fucking optimistic. If you're passionate..hold onto that. Passion fuels life. Pursue that shit to the death. Never stop giving up.     Nothig new under the sun. That is indeed what many people do. Interpreting the Bible or other religious texts in a certain way is a big part of apologetics. That is why we have so many different branches with the same religious text.. but interpreting it in different ways.

    To me   it makes very little sense  to start interpreting while ignoring the history and context in which the original ancient author wrote it. You then go into the disingenuous part of apologetics.. because you ignore the meaning and intention of the original author. So when the Bible says Adam and eve ate from the tree of knowledge the became mortal..a Christian will take it literally. A new age hippy will say its a metaphor for forgetting your true nature and being stuck in the ego .
