  1. I understand what you mean. But the power to surrender yourself to the Divine will is achieved by controling one's mind. The ego has to be transcended to understand and accept total surrender.
  2. That's super power, if one completely surrenders himself to God, then his body becomes his vessel, his will is God's will. Unless one can reach this level, some effort needed. Ordinary man cannot surrender easily.
  3. In fact conscious trying help you ease or get rid of the suffering as all sufferings downs to your level of consciousness. The Absolute is always shining no matter what, as the pure presence of him allows any experiences, any risings or fallings, any possibilities to come to existence or falls, but see if efforts help you see the Truth, it's a possibility to end the sufferings in your experience and change every aspect of your life experience...not that it changes anything about your true nature as it's ever shining no matter what you experience. But still your choice what path to take.
  4. @James123 Your efforts matters, as taking conscious control of your experience, your life experience can shift the whole experience for you. You should live the way you desire, not dictated by unconsciousness. Your choice.
  5. Regular daily practice of Kriya Yoga is very important, as even gaining a little bit of progress in terms of sensing your energy or any effect of the practice you start to feel, you don't wanna lose! This is true spirituality, literally transforming your entire experience of life towards liberation on all levels! None of your psychedelic experiences do matter as the real work is to be done through Kriya Yoga path by changing your body physiologicaly, energetically. Also I wanna emphasize again on some daily hatha yoga too, my experience of the energy is on whole new level all thanks to hatha practices that opened and purified many of the nadis and the three channels. So keep practicing guys!
  6. My experience is that it's the best thing, I'm living alone...for years.
  7. Yes True meditation is cease all doings at all levels. 'Trying' can only be done by using the mind, you wanna drop the mind to realize your meditative natural state. Hard try or having attitude of forcing things in a meditation practice wont get you anywhere. Actually the best thing you can do in the beginning of your practice is actually reminding yourself how powerless you are to control your mind, practice knowing non of your expectations will be fullfiled in your meditation... So drop them all! Then you'll realize true power lies in surrender. You control by surrendering your power to control.
  8. It'll if you practice to live a conscious life! For example you'd be shocked how wonderful your life could be with some simple practices of Yoga every day in terms of health and general wellbeing and happiness! Watch this: She started it at age 50. Imagine starting it at teenage years, all that youth energies instead being wasted with wrong stf, goes into the right direction, making your life experience absolutely shining and wonderful!
  9. But you are the Absolute in this very moment! That pure presence that gives light for you to exist, that which sees all the ripples in your consciousness, all the changes, all the experiences, even your experience of unconsciousness, it's all being observed. That unchanging reality in which all the changes are known. Your true self, the self beyond time and space. And that's simply you! Before the filters of the ego-mind! Yeah probably Now matter how transcended you still need to utilize some levels of ego to be able to function in the physical world. But I think Ramana Maharshi was an exception as he was like living God. Pure shining presence of 'that'.
  10. I don't have one, cause it can't be 'defined'. Because of languages limits, I might use words like awareness, God, divine energy etc as if I'm pointing to separate things, but of course it's all just one reality.
  11. Yeah, you can't do anything about it but just emmiting your light of awareness into whatever you're going through and as you said yourself, trust in God and the divine energy.
  12. Yea that's inevitable. The pain that I went through in my stomach was so unbearable and savage to the point wishing my death from God every night. Literally countless nights that I couldn't sleep and had to just bear intebse pain for +10 hours for just eating some soup or boiled eggs. The simplest foods could cause savage pain for hours and hours. I couldn't imagine eating a slice of pizza, like that could literally kill me.
  13. A few years ago that I've started I had many digestion issues, but it all healed. The food that I consume doesn't have too much prana, as it's not sattvic kinda food. Since this is no longer relevant as I'm not relying on food for pranic recharging I can eat any food and be fine. But for people who are in early stages yet, based on yogic culture the food that you take does have effects on your consciousness, so it's adviced to eat consciously.
  14. I understand it, totally. But knowledges being shared to public help too. But his strategy totally make sense concidering large crowd of people he is teaching this stf.
  15. Like I'm so happy because of some big hearted people willing to share their wisdom and knowledge publicly I've learnt meditation, Kriya yoga, self-enquiry and all these valuable stuff years ago, otherwise I was deep into darkness and depression... And this is my true wish of heart to help someone who is in need too so that the light of consciousness emmits to all unconsciousness allows the soul breath and enjoy one's self be freed from suffering. Giving it back
