You'll have to search that on your own dude. Look at what your bank is offering, it's easier to manage accounts if they are all in one place.

Just wait til tomorrow or the end of today to say something, and don't banter and mess around texting too much. Get straight to the point, you should send 1-2 texts at most. Be decisive and just suggest, "Hey I'm thinking we go to this place at X time, sound good :)?" Don't freak out or be desperate to make time for it either. It might be the case that your schedules don't match that well. In that case there is nothing you can do, don't worry be happy

Don't think of it so much as something to "deal" with. You were fine, just play it cool and enjoy yourselves but don't be an asshole and try to convince and push her too much for something she wasn't interested in. In that scenario myself I'd only try once initially and then once again in 5 minutes if the mood changes or heats up. After that boundary is up you gotta respect it. You've gotta communicate to her in that moment when the mood has peaked and you're both feeling good that you had a nice time and want to see her again. You'll get another chance you just need patience. I'd generally advise against first date sex as most self-respecting quality girls won't be into it and find it disrespectful, and sex changes the dynamic a lot which you might regret shortly after. You don't really know them after such a short time and might find out you don't really like her or are that good of a match. From my own experience it's just best to put it off til 2nd/3rd meet. My best relationship actually came from rejecting sex on the first date. I think the integrity made her cum in her pants right there !

I think he is condescending because he doesn't want to waste time explaining and prefacing everything, he already has thousands of hours of video going in depth for that. Anybody he is being condescending to shouldn't take it too personally either, it seems to be just part and parcel for the forum because he can only spend so much time here writing comments.

Idk exactly. It all depends heavily on the interest rates, market, and your credit score. But having great credit will save you thousands of dollars than having bad credit. Hell, if you have bad credit you might not even be able to buy a house at all because no bank or union will take you on or lend you money.

I'm quite good at filtering and know the types I'm looking for, it's just inevitable though you run into people that have unhealthy traits or attitudes but you don't see it on the surface because the initial game of courting is a lot of acting and being on best behavior. It sucks but it is what it is.

There is no such thing as healthy dating lol. You can be a personal development saint on your end, but the other person can end up being emotionally unstable or disrespectful and you won't know until you're already on the date and it's too late. You can try and filter but you simply won't know beforehand. Dating is a numbers games of slogging through mud to find the diamond.

Life is scary and we're all going to die. If you want to accomplish anything you need to ignore and master fear.

Sorry for what you're going through @Meditationdude. You know it's probably not what you want to hear, but it's not necessarily going "backwards" getting a job or some sort of career again. I'm sure you are qualified and can find something that will give you some level of fulfilment. It sounds like what you need is some stability in your life. You don't have to go all-in with a job. Find something to give you some balance, keep your van for travelling and enjoying life. 36 is not "old". Think about it, you have another 30 years before the classic retirement age of 65! That's basically your entire lifetime all over again, except now you've got all your experiences and wisdom to guide you now It's ok that you took the dive and it didn't work the way you thought it would. Be proud of yourself for going for it, most people never do. There are no guarantees so don't beat yourself up alright? Even for the people that are psychotically hard workers and sacrifice everything, it sometimes doesn't work out. It also takes a lot of luck, and being in the right place for opportunity. It does sound somewhat like you lost yourself trying to pursue an idea of who you were supposed to be, at least from this post. A perfect "actualized" version of yourself. Forgive me if I'm wrong. It's just something I've noticed in this community and in myself from my own life. Being too hasty and pressured and not realizing you have an entire lifetime to develop. Your journey will take whatever pace it needs to.

Alex Honnold climbed El Capitan in Yosemite national park without a rope. Probably the greatest individual accomplishment in all sports/athletics. Every time I watch the documentary it brings tears to my eyes how inspiring it is. You can drag and look around in the video too. Make sure you have something to dry your hands

Seeing Twitter collapse brings me so much joy. It's one of the most toxic technologies humans have invented and been a net negative for our species.

As brutal as it will be for you and her, you must gain independence and move out, and have the space and financial ability to set some hard boundaries. You have to honor your own life, not waste precious years in fear under her threats, stubbornness, and manipulations. While we should be grateful and respectful of our parents, do not fall in the trap of trying to appease her whims. Especially toxic ones. It's one thing to have certain expectations and wishes for the kind of life you want your child to have, but that can easily spiral into an unhealthy form of control as you now know. I see this a lot with people. They fail to self-actualize and live the life they might have wanted for themselves, so they take the easy road and default to having kids as a form of "life purpose", and try to mold that person into who THEY wanted to be. A twisted second chance at life, so to speak. You need to learn how to become radically individualistic, to the point of selfishness at times. Do not try to save her, some people can't be saved. Even family. The best you can do is try to be kind in helping her with her health issues, but work on your own life and serve as an example of love and contentment. If you are happy and healthy and living the life you want, maybe she will see that and start to change her perspective. I'll share something a little personal. My dad was an alcoholic growing up. Picture any terrible scenario you can imagine with alcoholism, and that happened on at least one occasion in my life with him. I spent a lot of years growing up crying and spending so much energy trying to help him and get him to change, or quit. It never worked. It took me so long to realize I can only truly control myself. He can barely drink anymore because his health finally caught up with him, it is actually dangerous for him and makes him sick because of the various medications he needs to take. What the whole experience did was influence me to make myself into the person that was healthier, and the opposite of what I saw. I am a sober person that helps people for a living and doesn't get involved in all the nonsense alcohol brings. I made myself into someone he can be proud, which hopefully brings some light into his life. You can also make yourself into someone your mother is proud of, and that can pierce through the cloud that's over her right now. Hope any of this helps.

That's such an insane waste of time to me. Just have higher quality meditation sessions for 10 minutes, 30 minutes etc. Quality > quantity in almost all aspects of life. The juice has gotta be worth the squeeze. -
At this point now that I'm adding some years on almost all my friends I talk to are women, about 90%. To be honest women are just far more interesting and complex creatures. Men can be pretty fuckin stupid and shallow

That's a load of shit, you don't deserve or need to suffer forever. How absurd? There is no such thing as fate or destiny. We can change create and influence our reality however we choose to each and every moment. It just requires some willpower, vision, and the realization/acceptance that the past does not exist. You die every night you fall asleep and are reborn every time you wake up. It won't be easy to make those shifts, but will get a lot easier when you do. You need to keep searching for ways to break your cycle and get that "aha" insight or moment when things click and you can let go and start a new direction. What's the alternative? Are you going to keep spinning your tires in the mud on this forum until you become an old lady and die? I doubt Leo will even keep this place running 3 years from now.

The problem with RedPill is that it's just the biased male perspective and like any ideology it's fundamentally limited by being only a slice of the reality pie. To quote great inspirational leader Emperor Palpatine; "If one is to understand the great mystery one must study all it's aspects, not just the dogmatic narrow view of the Jedi. If you wish to become a complete and wise leader you must embrace a larger view of the force." If you were truly wise for every RedPill documentary you watch should be matched with a modern Feminism documentary

As a general rule for life it's better just to let things go/be. Focus yourself towards a new and brighter future. Closure is a naïve luxury that while nice to have, nobody is owed. Leo said in a video once I believe "The key to acing life", it's that you should always do the thing that is most emotionally difficult. If that means holding your tongue, then do that.

I feel bad for MrGirl getting cancelled, out of all the low life streamers I've passed by over the years - he is the only one that's remotely interesting and thought provoking. The majority of content creators are spineless clout seeking leeches, farming cynicism. And all the women ones coincidentally seem to just use it as a marketing platform for their OnlyFans sex work lmao. The internet;

Credit cards are awesome for helping build credit and collecting points for traveling, which is really important to do from a young age so when you make your first big purchases you get a good deal. It will save you tens of thousands of dollars on stuff like a car/house. The problem is most people are financially incompetent because they don't teach people to be literate in school, so that's why so many people get into hot water. It's literally 4th grade math. Pay total by X date every month, or you pay that plus extra. All you have to do is count how much money you have in your chequing account and make sure there is enough to transfer to your credit card. Your only responsibility is to check the calendar and make sure you don't spend more than you have. How so many people fail to do this is almost hilarious, if there wasn't any suffering involved. I've had a credit card since about 2017 and I've collected enough points to fly anywhere on the planet for free, or a couple short trip if I want, and building my score really high was the difference between having to pay $360 on my monthly car payment rather than $500 like some people I know with trash credit ratings. If I wanted to get a mortgage too eventually my score will help save me probably $20,000+ on interest alone over 25+ years. When looking for a credit card with your bank basically look at the perk you want most, I recommend travel points the most. The cashback and other ones are pretty meh. You can ignore the interest rate pretty much, since it's irrelevant if you are going to pay off your card in full every month like a responsible adult . Also you want to ask for the highest possible limit you can get. Even if you will never (and shouldn't) spend up to that limit in a month, for some reason it helps your score the most. Don't ask me why, it's just what the credit unions like to see. It will help your score go up faster if you are spending let's say $500 a month on a $10,000 limit card -VS- $500 a month on a $2500 limit card. Basically credit cards/loans are opportunities to prove to institutions and companies you are responsible with money, so they will be more likely to give it to you and give better deals. Just don't be a retard and spend money you don't have, pardon my language.

Needing motivation to "stop" doing something seems like a contradictory misdirection of energy. Rather aim that motivation to be fueling something else entirely, that will end up replacing masturbating naturally. It's like video games for example. When people grow up they don't refer to it as having "stopped" video games, it's that they start doing other things more like focusing on work or family.

I only have enough room for 1 bald white guy in my life and that's @Leo Gura <3

It would certainly shake me up a bit, but it's an opportunity to reflect on your own past and any judgements you may be casting. Also you should have an intuition if that's who they are anymore, if that was just a different time and they are not the same person at the present moment. People do change, if you give them the chance.

Why would they need to know you're bisexual at all? It's not really relevant to them and they don't need to know unless you wanted to tell them?

The famous comedian George Carlin once eloquently referred to comedy as "pointing out the absurdity of reality". I've found this is a really succinct description. To be funny is to be good at seeing the stupidity or wackiness of things you or others didn't consider before. You have to become a keen observer of the world. I think being a quiet introvert really helped me be funny growing up. I would spend a lot of time watching people and the world and seeing things I thought were funny, and then I would package them and bring it up to other people in a way to make them see what I did. If you want to become more "automatic" and witty you might need to tweak your filter a bit. This takes some practice to just rapidly spurt out funny things. You'll have to loosen up and say what's in your head with minimal "packaging". I mean use your sense though. Don't make crude jokes that young men will find funny, but older women will report you to HR for lol. You gotta know your audience.

I have to call this out nothing personal @Michael569 . Alan Wake is hands down the most overrated piece of shit I've ever played lol. How it has such amazing reviews it beyond my understanding. The gameplay is insultingly limited and boring. It's just blind stuff with your flashlight and shoot. The level design is somewhat pretty/atmospheric but linear and boxed in, you couldn't get lost even if you tried. Which I'd argue is core of what make horror/mystery games good and adds to the anxiety. The comedic relief of the guy you go through the game with is just annoying and kills what little scariness is to be found. I kept expecting more but it's just a 10 hour cycle of elementary mechanics of collecting batteries and bullets and walking. The concept/story of the game is interesting on it's face and gets you invested. The opening 30 minutes and scenes are awesome but literally the ONLY worthy part of the game worth seeing. It gives you this initial giant tease and itch for discovering something interesting but it NEVER comes the entire game. It's the gaming version of blue balls. "Oh, that's it?" is the phrase that describes Alan Wake perfectly. It wasn't a big mainstream hit so I don't think there were a lot of expectations, but I got a really sour taste in my mouth seeing all the positive reviews for it only to get it for myself and finding it to be probably the worst game I've ever played.
