I've been astounded by this. I'll let the videos speak for themselves, I urge all of you to research this

I already started with low doses. I'll give updates.

Tried it to supplement my nootropic / brain health stack, but it gave me zits.

I've read that it can have benefits with schizophrenia, so I wouldn't be surprised if some other conditions are helped by it which could be related to birth trauma / early infant trauma, such as colitis, IBS, and the like. Who knows. Should be tried.

I just stick to my regular B complex which has some of it but not a high dose.

Learn to resolve trauma. Together.

Well that's why it didn't work. Thiamine hcl is used only in the beginning, to ease your way into it, and when you reach 400mg with no paradoxical effect (momentary worsening of symptoms) then you go and use the real potent stuff - TTFD.

And you're supposed to work up to really high doses of TTFD.

I have tried all kinds of B vitamins. Don't recall the doses.

Nearly all vitamins I tried do nothing for me.

For chronic fatigue ? Did you tried the following things :

-Pregnenolone  (https://meassociation.org.uk/2017/02/the-science-behind-queensland-governments-cfs-breakthrough-statement-science-alert-22-february-2017/), i also guess MB would help if it's a mitochondrial issu.

-Alpha-1-adrenergic agonists

-Highly norepinephrinergic products (Bupropion).

-Fenclonine

If you dont understand, you're not twisted enough.

They are NOT vitamines or supplements though, they're proper drugs

Those of you interested in exploring B vitamins be sure to try methylated forms of B, as well as TMG (trimethylglycine), if you struggle with chronic fatigue, digestion issues, and brain fog. There is a common genetic mutation called MTHFR, which means your body cannot process B vitamins without the correct form of B vitamins. I personally have the MTHFR gene. Anyone can test for it, as well as other genetic mutations which may likely be the bane of your health issues. I use a brand called AOR B complex or ATP Lab Methyl SynerB. Both are great. The difference in my energy, clarity, wellbeing and ability to heal (I'm an athlete) was night/day after taking methylated B vitamins. Both creatine and glycine help as well in the methylation cycle.

They are brainfog agents is what I call them. Takes you too far from your standard state. Makes doing consciousness work harder.
