  1. Those of you interested in exploring B vitamins be sure to try methylated forms of B, as well as TMG (trimethylglycine), if you struggle with chronic fatigue, digestion issues, and brain fog. There is a common genetic mutation called MTHFR, which means your body cannot process B vitamins without the correct form of B vitamins. I personally have the MTHFR gene. Anyone can test for it, as well as other genetic mutations which may likely be the bane of your health issues. I use a brand called AOR B complex or ATP Lab Methyl SynerB. Both are great. The difference in my energy, clarity, wellbeing and ability to heal (I'm an athlete) was night/day after taking methylated B vitamins. Both creatine and glycine help as well in the methylation cycle.
  2. @Leo Gura curious what you think of this perspective of SIBO? Allen is a coach I’ve followed for years who I’ve seen help a lot of people overcome gut issues. I’ve seen you mention the no carb thing & thought perhaps I’d share this perspective in case it could spark a different approach!
  3. @Leo Gura I can think of only one podcaster who may match your depth of conciousness and knowledge who exists - Paul Chek If I recall correctly, he’s also done 5-MEO 150+ times
  4. Living 4D with Paul Chek!!! PLEASE make this happen! ????
