How can I format the Actualized.org Textbook into analogue format and Kindle format?

I want to read the Actualized.org Textbook on my Kindle, and I also want to have it in analogue format, as if I could read it like a physical book. How can I achieve this?

For the Kindle format, are there any PDF to MOBI conversion tools don't sacrifice text formatting? Or how can I manually make it accurate?

For an analogue format, I've heard of binders, but they are too big to read comfortably when laying down in bed. I usually read in bed before going to sleep.

Try these two versions.  Let me know if the formatting is okay.

As for an analogue format, I'd guess your best bet is printing it out.
