What would be your own answer at that question?

@Waken For me, it's a paradoxical answer. Sometimes maybe or maybe not.

Leo points out in his video that anger is a wind which blows out the lamp of the mind.

So, I think that for my own good, I shouldn't be angry. But, when you're in the ghetto(worse situation that you've never imagined) then in this situation I have to be angry to protect myself from other people. Again, it's my perspective.

From an artistic stanpoint it could be story that writes itself practically. It has so much energy it the story takes over. It could be just physical but mostly a story comes with it or the story is hidden and it is frustrating that one can't get the story.

For example in movies the most powerful topic is revenge. That story writes itself because that is our biological core.

Is it okay to be sad? Is it okay to be lonely? Yes. Just make sure it's not all the time.

@Epikur Revenge itself a low conscious state. So, I would recommend you that not to watch movies and any social media if you're triggered by these things.

You are right but I ment in a philosophical non dual sense. There everything is illusion.

With revenge I ment it as a general topic for mankind like for example marriage or sex. It's part of our life. Even if it is not acted upon it it is sometimes subconsciously there. Sometimes it's better not to feed them and sometimes to face it in little dosages.

For example I don't like watching horror movies. But when I watch it in very brief periods I can handle it and feel stronger. Specially when I spent lots of time in low stress safe space environments where I feel like to sensitive for reality sometimes.

It's called kathargic.

@Epikur Right now, you're just doing Armchair Philosophy.

What is wrong with armchair philosophy. I think it is one of the best ways to spent time as long as the house is not burning.

Intellectual curiosity saves lives and is a weapon to fight the mighty enemy the boredom.

Anger is ignorance.

Technically okay to be ignorant but why would you want to be?

if you cant not be, its not to do with wanting to be.

if something has caused you to be angry its not a choice you have made.

but if you can get cool again thats the best way out of anger.

otherwise you are talking preventing the cause of anger...

Right that is why there are many angry people otherwise they would be depressed and thinking about suicide.

Hate is sometimes the last tool in the toolbox.

I think you missed the subtext.

I was only talking about anyone in this forum who probably is self-aware enough to watch out for their own ignorance.

Most people are knee-deep, neck-deep, or drowning in their own ignorance.

@Epikur No, @dimitri just wants us to see the bigger picture. But, it isn't mean that you should bombard your tone with anger and hate. In short, there is no point to be attracts to abraham hicks emotional grid's lower level emotions. That's the take away from Abraham hicks emotional grid.
