@dimitri I'm not saying to stop doing what's working for you. To me it seems like psychs are the foundation, and without foundation I bet your routine wouldn't work the same. Could be wrong, but just my opinion.

Psy is not for everyone. At some point psy's user should drop neediness to it. 

Enjoyment/fun/joy is the guidance to which tool is best for you now.

@dimitri , how much was your 5-Meo-Dmt low dose?

I would love to try it and I tried to ask someone who provides 5-Meo-Dmt trips on a 1:1 basis, but he declined to be my guide/sitter as I suffer from marginally high blood pressure and he said that could be fatal.  Damn!

I smoke 5-MeO freebase using oil pipe and torch light. I have started from around 5mg (my one measurement spoon). 10mg is already a breakthrough for me. So, I enjoy to trip on the edge of breakthrough - 5-10mg.

I am so grateful to find this forum in 2018. It's just amazing, who could think that life is a miracle? :))

My mam was visiting me, haven't seen her for half a year.
Every time in the past I was triggered by some words of my mother when we stay together for a longer time.
Now is completely different story - nobody can trigger me. I just can let go, amazing.
Seems like regular meditation practice, psychedelics, sessions with Nahm pay off. 
Who could think you can just enjoy time with your mother? 
Who could think you can accept people as they are?
Who could think you can be free? :))
