I will be spending nearly a year at an Ashram in India. Any tips or advice?

@Chi_ That sounds nice, I wish you the best over there :-) I've also had some thoughts about doing a similar thing, just haven't entertained them seriously (yet). I'll pm you asking for some extra info

Be ready for traffic beyond belief from airport to Isha.

During my short stay, accepting the traffic was more difficult than the spiritual practice ;)

Alright, thanks for the advice. I think I'll just get the most common ones atleast, as I'll be going there for a longer time than the hatha yoga teacher training, therefore the chances are higher

I'll be taking a taxi to the ashram :D as long as I'll be there within a few hours, I am good

Good luck. I would like to do something similar in the future. Have a Guru to teach me the path, because I've been do it all by myself and its pretty tricky.
