Recently I am listening to "meditation music" I find on YouTube like the link below during meditation. I think it helps me stay in meditation for a longer time and when my mind is swept away with a thought it helps me clear it up.
Did anyone here try it?

Check out this blind girl playing keyboard. Totally amazing! She must have a super tuned sense of awareness to compensate for her lack of vision.
