Awesome , great work man . Thank you for this.🙏🏻

“God is the Alpha Omega .. the beginning-less  beginning and the endless end .
He is the first without start . He is the last without end . He is the manifest actuality ..nothing covers him . He is the most hidden essence  ..nothing can grasp him .. nothing below him or more subtle than him .The ego is the belief I’m separate from god . Because being god is too good to be true .No matter how dark it gets or difficult it gets ..no matter how long it is going to take .. my destiny is the infinite happiness and infinite joy and love as the best thing ever ..God .  “

-that’s a me .

To truly love something is to grant that thing freedom. It is to hold it in an open, outstretched palm of your hand without clenching over it.

@Vido How do you decide who is best to interview next?
I'm more hooked when the interview is about a moderator.
Individuals endorsed by Leo Gura bring more to the table.
This might be biased, but this is how I feel.
There should be some type of evaluation before an interview.
The same process for the Actualized.org Awakening Retreat makes sense.

My thoughts on virtue signaling:

Spoiler

In my opinion, being a Buddhist monk is about virtue signaling, which I strongly condemn.
Goofy because I'm using a fancy quote I created myself as some type of mockery. Please don't ask me why.
The same goes for people who act like they are the reincarnation of Jesus Christ. Ugh, don't get me started.
Personally, I do not care if someone acts holier than thou than others because it's arrogant.
I don't claim that being a monk is a bad thing, but virtue signaling is. Don't feel offended, please. Peace.

This is a great question. Hmm. I don't think you would like my answer though.

I think being interviewed itself is a nice thing and everyone anywhere would love to be heard for their story, so I understand the sentiment.

Instead of giving you a generic answer, let me actually be honest.

The first person I interviewed Davino, I was curious about the nature of desire. His answer made me go I want to understand your perspective more. He happened to be a moderator. And a great guy. Lucky.

Then that led me to looking at other moderators like Natasha, I reached out to few others too but the being interviewed didn't excite them that much.

After her, when I'm browsing, I noticed a post that caught my attention and they happened to have a YouTube channel too (AthamanIsBhrahaman) where he was exploring philosophy and was in the process of building his own understanding. I'm curious about that as well, like building your understanding from leo's video, how does that look?

Finally, the monk, I understand where you are coming from, but he is also an old user from actualized.org and was into Letting Go (has his own YT channel as well) and I wanted to understand how his understanding changed after becoming a monk. This topic I'm super familiar with since I have been studying and applying it successfully in my own life for over 10 years now. That's why I interviewed him.

As you can see, the people I reach out to are people I'm curious about. My curiosity is around understanding suffering, how someone implements these existential concepts in their own life, how one over comes their own life struggles, etc.

Just to Note: My YouTube channel isn't about Actualized.org, although my latest videos are. They get views so I would probably make more, but I wouldn't interview someone just because people here would want to see them because it's cool or in a spicy debate.
To be honest, I was tempted to reach out to people like Crystal or someone like that who recently kind of quit the forum, but decided not to. Since I wasn't really interested or curious about that. I would be doing it for the clicks and views

So the criteria for this is basically, if somewhere our path's connect or something interesting you say that I would love to understand more I would reach out.

If I were you, That's not the answer I would like to have heard. But my story is, I literally (bless leo) moved to Toronto from India, did my masters in AI, then got a great job.....so. I don't want my actual passion of understanding to be driven by drama or external pressure. Is this the best move? Not sure, maybe I'll change my mind if I grew as a person.

My final boss is Def. Leo tho, but that's a long way away...

Let me know if that answers your questions :) or if you are curious about anything else.

Edit: After some more thought, I think I should interview at least one person that people really want to see regardless of what I think. I think that's fair. Do 1 person and no more.

You are good at this.  I think you can interview as many people as you want.
