Dude, they are still blinded from the Holocaust.

Of course they are still blinded by Oct 7th.

The Holocaust cast a very long shadow.

Couple of days ago I heard a new story about Oct7. After that, it was impossible for me to judge the emotions of the people who have gone through this.

Do you apply the same standard for the Gazans who commited october 7th who went through similar if not worse by previous Israeli actions?

You do realize the 2014 war in Gaza alone caused more suffering amongs the Gazan civilian population than October 7th did on Israel

At least be uniform consistent

@Ulax I mean that I can't not to understand their emotions after hearing what they had been through. I don't want to overwhelm the forum with that but I will try to find a link or something.

This is not a competition. I think both sides have suffered terribly.

@Nivsch It is good to share more about Oct 7th. People are too dismissive of what happened that day.

I found watching the Shoah Foundation very insightful

The specific people who committed Oct7? No empathy for that.

The indigenous Sami people in europe are also a good example of people who got sidelined by the other invading european groups on account of superior military and economic ability and subject to discrimination.

Stage purple peoples are basically defenseless at the scale of nationhood. Their survival depends on a nations good will or just being too out of the way to care about.

The American natives enjoyed military successes against the US  initially, till superior technology ,  logistics and mass attacks against unarmed  native civilians changed the tide.

Crazy Horse was a native American general who was never defeated in any battle with the US, till he was deceitfully killed in an American army camp where he was invited for peaceful negotiations.

However their large numbers and ability for guerrila warfare in forests and irregular terrain, meant that the US eventually came to negotiations with them, allowing them native dependent nations with a certain degree of sovereignty.

Uncontrolled pathogens killed 80-90% of them actually. Most Natives died before ever seeing any European settlers. They really didn't stand a chance.

And reservations are defeat on a demographic scale if you don't control your own borders. They are basically large open air prisons, not unlike Gaza. They depended on government rations to survive and couldn't leave (also not unlike Gaza). It wasn't until American society liberalized more that their conditions improved as a captive people. In parallel, what it would take for Palestinians to be saved long-term is for Israel to grow a conscious. And in contrast with Native Americans, Palestinians do terrorism, which makes it impossible to relent. A defeated people cannot survive on its own merits, but by the grace of its enemies.

Thank though, ChatGPT.

This is such a vague definition that everyone is a terrorist.

Quote

It is unjustified, but a drone strike is not terrorism, despite what leftists say.

Yet Benjamin Netanyahu, the one who you claim is the one fighting terrorists, holds almost exactly the same definition:

"systematic and deliberate attack—the murder, maiming, and menacing—of innocent civilians for political goals" - Benjamin Netanyahu

Oct 7 was terrorism according to this definition, but so is bombing with drone strikes by the IDF. If you don't see this, you are genuinely impaired and have no business in calling out others for their childish views on politics, right as you may be.

It's a not a good look for Awakening and un-biasing the mind if 200 awakenings lead to the same boomer 20th century worldview as ever before. Its also deep conformity to the most common mental model. There is nothing non-conforming about your politics, you're not a renegade in this regard at all. You could have chosen to use your intelligence to set free from the old and enjoin the thinkers leading the avant-garde of political and social development of the 21th century, but you instead chose to enjoin with the rotting generation of boomers and their chauvinist, liberal, anti-life bs, the same ones who have caused the mess we're now living in. And no, I'm not a socialist.
