It's because I matured and realized how pathetic it was. I was exploiting the shit out of women's psychology and eventually saw it for what it was and became ashamed of it. At that point, I started treating women with respect, trying to make up for all of my devilry. That's when I learned you don't have to trick them.

Yes! I know I wrote that. But I don't understand what you're asking, but I'll answer to the best of my understanding:

By "trick them", I meant running intentional game on them for my own amusement/pleasure. As opposed to not tricking them: just being there with them and trying to maximize both of our time together.

Ahh...got it.  But here's the deal. That ain't tricking them. Because later you may fall in love. Tricking her would be to purposely deceive her and you weren't doing that. You had your own purposes yes..but that hadn't yet deceived her. At least not in my estimation.   That's why I thought and maybe @Ulax thought you meant lying.  She may be doing the same thing to you.

if you look at the mystery method, it is basically mostly about being friends with her, except for the initial attraction phase of 10 mins or so, if you are good-looking, you can probably skip that attraction phase as that is a dhv on itself or the last part of the attraction phase, which is qualifying.

It's hard to explain. Imagine being a puppet master and you know exactly which strings to pull to illicit X. 

Once you've proven to yourself that you can make someone feel something on purpose, you earn a new responsibility. You either own that you're doing it, or you choose to not do it. The only person who knows the strings exist is the one holding them. 

If you had the ability, what would you do with it? What would count as taking it too far? 

It's a very, very fine line to walk.
