Setting and achieving goals has helped me with this.

Emotional intimacy with people too. But that is unpredictable for me.

@Never_give_up Completing cybersecurity certificate recently brought some positive emotion for me. Getting to my goal rank on siege 6 (FPS shooter). Getting better responses with women.

Playing piano is a non goal oriented activity that helps me feel emotions too.

I have no idea what this feels like.  In fact, my problem is I have a strong tendency toward my hobbies and activities.

I never had anhedonia, bit I'm surmising from what I've read that progressing your goals will help you emotionally. It's true in general that progress is essentially what makes you happy.
