Has any of you found the truth. If yes, do you think if we can put truth unto words?

LOVE

And No.

Truth is your direct experience. All phenomena is Truth.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

That absolute truth is that you are.

Anyone can understand it, it's very simple. What is not so simple is being open to that truth, to the absolute being, because our psyche is designed for closedness

Truth is the « thing » left when you are done looking at every duality in existence under scrutiny to find reality and when you realize you can’t find it. Truth is what you can’t quite put your finger on but also cannot escape at all. You’d be escaping truth just to find more truth.

Love, Truth & Freedom

They are a Trinity.

Love without Truth or Freedom is not Love,
Truth without Freedom or Love is not Truth
and Freedom without Love or Truth is not Freedom.

Like what I see with my eyes is truth? But it is all normal. Is normalcy truth?

But just for the fuck of it, here's my argument for idealism . This is head and shoulders above what someone like Bernardo Kastrup is saying. And far simpler. Frankly I should be getting paid for this, but you gotta give some to get some:

"I take it as unborn means without form . Form is limited , formless is unlimited, reality is unlimited , therefore the reality is ultimately formless. What is formless, is mind, because mind can take any form, any object on mind. Is there anything else that can take any form?"

It was in response to this snippet from Bankei ;

Yes, of course.

It feels normal because you take it for granted because your mind is interested in survival, not truth.

It’s a boring answer, yet it isn’t, haha. It’s tautological.

It’s just all that “is”, AKA what is real.

So, for example, when you tell a lie to your parent, friend, or spouse, you are essentially pointing to or describing something that is “filtered,” “fake,” or “untrue.” You’re creating a fake illusion, AKA separating yourself from reality, from truth.

When you get direct experience of truth, you essentially remove the fluff of your ego: the imaginary stories you tell yourself about what should or shouldn’t be, the filtered opinions you have of yourself and others, based on your ego, bullshit, lies, etc.

Like avoiding weighing yourself when you’re sober, telling yourself how you should look, filtering what the mirror shows you, or avoiding looking in the mirror or taking pictures.

Then, in a more conscious state, you see it all as it actually is: fat or not, attractive or not, healthy or not.

It’s just everything that actually “is there,” and everything that “isn’t” is falsehood.
