Yes . 
the nuance being that what you as a human consider as “ evil “ is part of the infinite creation. The infinite creative power of god demands infinite creation.

If rape , murder , sickness, depression, death etc were  not part of creation , then god’s creation will be missing that puzzle piece that makes his creation ,and him ,truly “All” .

Evil is the consequence of the only law of life: live or die.

All living being want to live, everything is allowed. Kill others is source of life. That's the engine of creation in the level of existence that we call life.

The only reason you’re so weak and embody evil so much is that God had the audacity to incarnate Himself in a creature as limited as you. If you’d been given God’s job, you would’ve chosen to incarnate yourself as a god. But God has way bigger balls than you, and that’s why He chose to incarnate Himself as you.

Cuz there ain't a devil to oppose him.  He's completely sovereign.  So he has to be both.

I want to remember.  If we can remember, then it fixes everything.  The problem God has with remembering, is that it would have to remember all of the terrible stuff too.  It's too much. So he just wipes the slate clean.  It's better and it's cleaner.  It's like putting a suffering animal down.
