Why aren't you going to the gym?

12 posts in this topic

I don't get why most people don't go to the gym.

It's the easiest thing in the world, yet the most rewarding.

All you have to do is train more than 3 time a week, specific diet isn't even necessary. No mental struggle, no stress, no failure pr hard complicated stuff, nothing.

After 3 years, you get a sick looking body, and a healthier one. you don't even have to wait 3 years, the benefits are almost instant, you get more energy, your skin gets better, your sleep gets better, you confidence gets better, you generally feel better...and I'm not even scratching the surface.

Get yo ass to the gym

Definitely. Even in off-days lift dumbbells or gas tanks .

“God is the Alpha Omega .. the beginning-less  beginning and the endless end .
He is the first without start . He is the last without end . He is the manifest actuality ..nothing covers him . He is the most hidden essence  ..nothing can grasp him .. nothing below him or more subtle than him .The ego is the belief I’m separate from god . Because being god is too good to be true .No matter how dark it gets or difficult it gets ..no matter how long it is going to take .. my destiny is the infinite happiness and infinite joy and love as the best thing ever ..God .  “

-that’s a me .

I often get back injuries when working out by myself so I think I have to get a personal trainer to do it consistently and have it stick. When I was younger I hurt my back deadlifting or squatting and ever since then I try to get into working out consistently every couple years and I end up injuring myself and being in bed barely able to move for 2-3 days and then lose momentum and lose my gains and then quit it until the next time I get into a fitness motivation mood and start the loop again.

That's a tough thing to go through, hope it gets better.

Appreciate it. I'm 31 now so my body doesn't seem to heal as fast as before but I'll figure it out eventually even if I have to become a cyborg in the process
