There is no legitimate analysis that would find the IDF standard in Gaza was even close to the standard of the US in Afghanistan and Iraq. Any analyst even suggesting this is a liar or completely incompetent. Casualty ratios is just one standard that they don’t meet even remotely.

In Gaza nearly as many children died as children died in the entire Syria conflict, Syrias civil war lasted 10 years longer among a population 13x as large and involved multiple armies like Russia, Iran, the US, Assad fighting with multiple guerilla organizations like rebels, ISIS, HTS. And the standard of Syria and ratios were much worse than the US in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The genocide accusation is the result of reports from multiple human rights groups and genocide scholars. This includes things like the starvation siege and statements from officials calling for forced migration which aren’t present in other conflicts against guerrilla organizations.

As far as I understand, estimates range widely, and I've seen analyses placing the ratio around 3:1 to 4:1.

This doesn't mean I support Bibi's government actions, but some minimal decency is needed.

3 to 1 or 4 to 1 is far worse than average. US in Afghanistan was 1 to 3.5.

@Raze In Iraq the ratio was also around couple of civilians for each combatant, similar to Gaza.

That is false, the entire war was 3.4 to 1. But the majority of civilians were killed in the civil war and by insurgents. Coalition forces had a ratio of 1 to 2.
