Hopping on Ozempic without seriously trying anything else is like letting ChatGPT write your entire job application in one go. It's just laziness, and of course it produces side effects when you don't approach it intelligently.

That's not such a bad thing if your a slave to your cravings.

Ozempic as just a crash diet isn't going to make you fit and healthy if you also don't follow up with lifestyle changes (like any crash diet), but even then it shows a overall weight loss of 5% in people who have taken it long-term, I remember reading somewhere. That's still improvement. If your a fat cu**, just take ozempic. What do you have to lose except your folds? Even if your not gonna change it will add at least a year to your life.

Ozempic gets too much hate just because big pharma bad. People are being too cynical.

Yeah, exactly.

Like any medication it has pros and cons. If the benefits of taking the medication outweigh the cons (ie one is so fat that metabolically they are facing immediate issue with diabetes, cardiovascular strain and fatty liver etc) then taking the medication is going to help, despite the drawbacks of muscle/bone loss. 

None of these weight loss drugs replace regular exercise and healthy balanced diet. They just help you get out of the shit until you are in a better place to address other areas of life. 

I am not sure on this but I think the weight comes back when you get off the drug? Don't quote me on that. GLP1 agonists just prove that people cannot put down the fork (for whatever reason that may be).

The problem IMHO is that taking this drug fixes nothing about the root cause.

It allows people to get by without actually learning anything about nutrition, without even changing their relationship with food.

Does nobody else see that this is a marketing post first and "Ozempic destroys your dopamine" second? 

That's the entire point of her slide show

And marketing on social media makes you write about anything and everything that captures your audience's attention.

Not saying it's a bad thing, but just pointing out what this post is, and what her intention with it is.

Identifying problems, throwing big numbers and scary words around, that's what marketing is boys 

Judging by her past posts, this is a highly effective and repeatable format for her.

I mean, you are consuming an artificially created venom that comes from a deadly reptile, of course you won't feel like eating and may lose desires altogether, the body naturally wants to fast to heal itself from poison. Modern medicine thinks incrementally poisoning us solves the issue. I read somewhere they even found snake venom from a king cobra in covid vaccines, which is why they are known to help with snake bites. I prefer to steer clear from all that stuff, too risky. Nature always worked for me.

If you go that route, by all means, but don't complain when nature and your body starts to malfunction long term.
