  1. 1. Do you count calories and macros?

    • Yes, I track everything.

    • I am aware of calories and macros, but maintain a certain degree of flexibility with my daily food choices. But by the end of the day, I know the exact amount of calories (and macros) I have consumed.

    • No, I don't track anything. I eat completely intuitively.
  2. 2. If you chose 1/2/3/4: please explain in the comments below why you think said approach is or isn't ideal or healthy for you. Is everything perfect as it is, or does it feel like you need to make changes in either direction (more tracking, less tracking) to improve your overall well-being?

Edamame(soy) with soy sauce is a snack, used as appetizers at restsurants. Addictive.

I might try that.

Hummus is my thing in that sense, though - dipping red bell pepper into it.

Eating like goats xD

Yeah, legumes are awesome. I've never tried soy except in milk form, though.

have you never tried tofu? i'd recommend you give it a go, but you need a proper recipe or buy smoked/pre-seasoned tofu.

I have, now that I recall, but didn't have a proper recipe and it wasn't pre-seasoned and so the dish turned out to be as flavorful as bread. It's not really my thing but I've asked Claude for some recipes.

I'll suggest pad Thai with crispy tofu, one of my favorite meals.

I eat to maximize state. I track state over time not calories.

This food = this state.

This quantity of this food = this state.

This frequency of eating = this state.

This food = this mental performance.

This food = this physical performance.

This food = this sexual performance.

This = this pain.

This = this sleep quality.

Doing this  = causes this.

This sun expore at this time = this sleep quality, this digestion quality, this core default temperature, this...

Hundrends of experiments tracking hundereds of variables.

All stored in memory. Its automatic.

Experimentation, Observation

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?
