Personality, I wouldn't be looking seriously at anything Bryan is doing for widespread application. He is N=1, a radical transhumanist and it is beyond apparent his entire gig is a grift now.

He only publishes his top data. Cherry picks. Dunno why people trust this guy. All his arguments fall flat when pushed. Listen to his interview with Dr Mike Varshavski. Or Derek from MPMD. More holes than Swiss cheese.

It's also interesting if he experienced some health side-effects since he has done lots of that stuff.

I did less from what I understand.

He did a lot.

He did have serious sleep problems.

It's going to vary a lot by individual. Psychedelic effects are hugely variable.

Anybody who says he found the holy grail should be categorically discarded. Obviously certain things add to your health, but it is never in isolation. Every benefit has its costs too. And every cost has its benefit. In general everything that is synthetic and not natural is not good. So that is why I´m warry of DMT and putting it in places that it shouldn´t be put in. God is the best of designers until now so I prefer mushrooms, truffels and stuff.

When you understand basic stuff like your dopamine system and hemostasis, and have basic common sense, you automatically become extremely caution about concentrated synthetic drugs.

I researched, cerebral inflammation can happen on a autoimmune disorder which you have. 

What was exactly the reason 5 meo did that. High blood pressure or serotonin syndrome or lack of oxygen?
