Embodying the Infinite

Dear Leo & community,

I've been wondering if there's a better way to embody oneness than mushrooms, please?

Not just feeling the sensations of it but actually becoming this identity.

My hang-ups/drawbacks are my attachments to the external: validation, trying to be good enough for people/achieve good enoughness etc etc

I've been working on this for a while and it's so painful that it's taking so long. I've been doing all of the mediations/activations/mindfulness work that this entire world has to offer, as I'm able to observe my attachments & let my consciousness be guided towards source.

But I just feel like I need a stronger pull, a stronger field to hold me, as I'm navigating this shift.

So I've been wondering if that is what shrooms provide - such an profound experience that it impacts consciousness forever.

But...I'm just opposed to the shrooms: 
1) I don't feel like I'm yet stable enough for it
2) If our nature is oneness, I would to achieve this naturally.

So I'm in a dilemma here because: am I BS-ing myself.

Or is it my epistemic responsibility that - even if this embodying takes my entire lifetime, that it's worth it.

Would love to know your thoughts on this.
Love you btw - got into meditation cause of u, 10+ years ago. Did the life purpose course & all that.

My deeper yearning is for a coach, someone to guide me there and help me/give me reasons to hold the oneness. Because this process is soo hard to undergo alone, as you know.

I'm so grateful to be alive. I know that I've overcome physical death so many times because of this work, whereas so many have succumbed & died/manifested all sorts of illnesses etc.

I guess the entire world is yearning for how to fuck to do this...to let go and surrender back into our true identity of oneness, whether they know that's what they're really seeking.

I'm seeking it and I greater support/tips etc. on how to embody this more consistently. 

What do you do? Maybe I simply need a stronger experience of Source/Infinity itself.

Kriya yoga is the way.

As far as trying to get happiness through the validation of others, you need to completely disconnect your happiness from others and ground it in the beauty of Consciousness itself. Nothing any human thinks matters. The only thing that matters is Consciousness. Keep contemplating that until it becomes your lived reality. Keep disconnecting your happiness from how others think or see you. Stop caring about wanting them to see you as good. If others see you as good, refuse to get pleasure from that. Train yourself to see that what humans think is existentially irrelevant.

Do you think that's realistic goal without psychedelics for someone who's not genetically gifted spirituality-wise?

Do you believe that yoga and meditation can get you there realistically?

Or it just depends the way you do those, and intention. I imagine one can waste years in practices but don't go anywhere.

But as I think about it, this can be taken as practice by itself. But without direct experience of the nature of consciousness, it can turn into bullshiting onself and self-deception, can't it?

So, first getting clear about consciousness and the follows all that contemplation.

What I said is very advanced, requiring a decade or more of consciousness work using a variety of means.

Yes, yoga, meditation, psychedelics all help.

That's why I said Kriya yoga.

I can understand one's reluctance to shrooms or any other psychedelic for that matter and I would be the first one to say they are definitely not for everyone but there's no denying its a great shortcut and you only need to try it once.  There's no guarantees but there are ways they can be done safely (certain types of retreats, trip sitters etc).  As Alan Watts put it, once you get the message you can hang up the phone which is good advice because while drugs can break down a lot of barriers, they can't take you the whole way.

With or without psychedelics I recommend tons of silence and solitude.  Deep existential silence, if achieved, is the most powerful solvent in the Reality.  Illusion and false consciousness/identity just evaporate in its midst.  It provides a real and meaningful perspective that is extremely conducive of gnosis.

You have everything to gain and nothing to lose so yes, its worth it.
