It's not.

At the end of the day you are gonna pay a price for every action. Every extra stress ruins the body. This is unavoidable.

I am already taking care of everything i need to.

Lastly, you don't know, what i need to know or not.

You have revealed a lot of your circumstances on the forum.

I go by what you, yourself, have admitted to.

You aren't this fragile little snowflake that will dissolve into uselessness with the hint of a warm breeze.

Sorry to be so harsh and blunt, but you need to consider that if you didn't have these concepts running around in your head, they would not be placing extraneous stress on top of your current issues (whatever they may be). The placebo effect is real. Your mind is creating stress through these ideas.

You want your circumstances to be not your responsibility - you want to blame everything external. Forget all that and simply focus on what you have the power to change.

If you were taking care of everything you need to, you would not be having the experience you are currently.

This wild contradiction is at the heart of your repeated cognitive dissonance.

I won't bother you any longer with my replies, as I can see the futility of this.

Only know, that I want the best for you. And these hard words are a form of compassion and care.

Your responses seem kinda odd.. I'm confused.

Initially i said that i care about health and money and you made it sound these things can't go together and that i don't really care about money..

Please answer me this for practical purposes: I am a quite active person and take good care of everything i need to take care of throughout the day.

I have began doing some things to increase my survival gains.

My barrier is this: After a certain point of doing some type of 'work' to earn money, i feel stress hormones rising up to a toxic point. And i know that i lf i continue i will do damage to my body.

Stress damages the brain and deteriorates all bodily tissues. I have also felt this.

So this has been stopping me from working like a madman.

And when i don't listen to these signals, i always pay a price afterwards.

I am 32 but i look 25. But i don't have much money.

Previous guy i worked for was 36 years old but he looked 42-43.

I am not satisfied with having little money in my pocket. But i also value health like a madman. I know how important it is.

I don't know what to do anymore. But i feel i am on the right path.

The practical answer to your dilemma is:

You need to find a more intelligent way to making money. A more intelligent way will require less work, not harm your health much, and generate lots of money.

Put simply: work smarter, not harder. There are many highly creative ways to earn lots of money which require relatively little work. But it requires a lot of creativity and intelligence to find those ways.

@SQAADessentially you value health over money. If you need or want more money, then you need to decide how much health you are willing to sacrifice to earn more money.

Of course, some people won lottery and they hardly have to sacrifice their health doing so.

How do you find those ways? @Leo Gura

There cannot be a formula. You just need to want it bad enough, have a very open mind, and then roll up your sleeves and start doing research and experimentation.

Do lots of deep research and experiment until you eventually find the perfect thing.

You need to value both health and money. It is not one or the other. In some cases even, you won't have health without money. This is a symbiotic wholistic concept.

In addition - you WILL need medical assistance at some point in your life. These systems need us to contribute back so we can benefit from them through integrating with society. Give and take.

You need to find your own balance.

Compromise 🙏

@SQAAD Sapolsky has been one of my biggest inspirations in life, excellent share.

On the point of free will, I have one critique, he never makes the distinction that I know of between free will as an absolute scale vs a relative one that fits on a spectrum.

Awareness is the stabaliser to free will, higher awareness is higher thresholds of engagement meets internal actions on choice selection. This is the connector we make to anything we remotely connect as being sentience, that without, or either, both breakdown.

Otherwise, viewing his position from my own frame, I completely agree that humans in general have limited free will and or that it has been overhyped and over-scaled relative other species. At the same time, I have little doubts in my mind that more intelligent variations of extraterrestrial whether performative of our own evolution or a genuine alternate species, has a higher choice threshold, and therefore, smoother breaks, higher power and higher space to wield internal wishes for freedom and will to make sense as complementary units evolved to a higher system of sentience.

This is where, only as I have so far discerned, Sapolsky has failed to draw accurate distinction, not in form (extraterrestrial); but ontology.

OMG! And checkout Robert’s daughter! Shes a TOTAL babe!

I only just found out he was on YouTube.

And to note, I am not at all superficial, I love a woman’s character far more. And I don’t say that to be trite or socially aligned, I genuinely mean it, I play around in relationships sure but I would much rather be in a monogamous one that has validated it’s signal over noise, looks can easily fool.

Survival is life.

Stop projecting so much. Survival without health is no better than suicide.

Survival means you have to do do certain things to keep existing. It's not prescriptive of anything more than that.

If someone puts one lil finger to work, he will survive.

Ironically what many people do that they consider as survival, turns out to be anti-survival.
