How do you make money, Leo?

How does @Leo Gura make money?

I’m pretty convinced Leo has multiple sources of income at this moment. Through Actualized.org and other things we haven’t heard about.

What are those exactly?

Also, how do you make money from Actualized.org and can you live off of it only?

  • YouTube ads
  • Patreon gifts
  • The LP course
  • The booklist

How many courses and lists have you sold?

2000 courses?

10 000 courses?

100 000?

I think it’s probably not hundreds of thousands. I assume that less than half of all approximately one million subscribers actually check in on a regular basis.

Of the some 500 000 that are left, I don’t think half of them buy the course. But 10% of the regulars definitely do. Likely more.

So off the course Leo has made $250 • 50 000–100 000 = $13-25 million.

Which…. you can certainly live off for quite some time.

Plus the booklist, about the same number of sales for that times $35 = $2-3.5 million.

Am I in the right ballpark here or is it way, way off?!

So curious to know.

Cheers and my deepest thanks for your incredible work.

Hat off, bowing.

If I had that much money I would be living on a private island and you guys would never hear from me again.

Haha!

There's no such thing as a "private island" anymore😆 Unless it's in the Mediterranean maybe

Hmm... if I recall, a few years ago he said he had made enough money to be able to not work for about ten years of his life. Now, given that he lives in Las Vegas and owns a house, that would suggest he at least had a high seven-figure net worth (I think?).

~$1.9M to $2.4M, conservatively
Comfortably $2M+

Respect to @Leo Gura for not selling out. Def could have set up actualized to milk it for cash and push all sorts of garbage.

The more money people make, the less chance they will wanna talk about it. Its also often 10x less than you think.  I'm totally with him on the private island thing, I'd be gone if I had even 5 mill you'd never see me again either. I'd probably live like a King in SE Asia in tropical paradise and open my own healing retreats and wellness centers.

It might be best to have only one excellent and time tested course because then everyone wants to buy it.  What I would appreciate is a follow up to the life purpose course, a part 2.  But I know nothing about marketing or sales.

I've heard rumblings around Vegas that Leo is one of the biggest real estate moguls in the state of Nevada.

@Ramasta9

With 5 million might as well live in a better location.

SE Asia is for brokies trying to live like millionaires.

If you have 5 mil might as well leverage the money and live in a location where you can really put it to work and do bigger things.

I guess the healing / retreat biz is cool though. Don't know much about it.

The point is to live in a tropical paradise and cheap living so that 5 million in SE Asia is like 50+ million in a regular country.

But yes, healing retreats, tropical style restaurants, bungalows, all great ideas.

I seriously only think about money when I feel like I don't have enough.  Otherwise money never crosses my mind.  I have no desire to live extravagantly.  In fact, I probably could pare down my life and reduce my expenses even more than I do.

I once met a guy who said he came to Australia with $100 in his pocket, traveled for 6 months, then went back to UK. Very minimalist but opened my eyes on whats possible. Not sure how exactly but he said he travels for basically for free and exchanges services with people.

If i figure out a way to travel and live practically free, you'd never see me again that's for sure. I still love you tho <3
