I make like $2500/month but not fully online. Aiming to transition to a fully location independent model by Q3.

How many are you making only online ? Just curious

Not really conscious type of business

And even for survival needs

Doing a scam will just back fire on you a day so if you expect to meet your survival needs for a long term it is a really bad advise

Not if you do it consciously. Conciously means doing and not thinking, paying attention to your feelings(body sensations) and emotions, you dont do it consciously when you say this is bad, or this is good.

Karma is not eye for an eye.

@Michal__ can I learn it in one week or in such period? And how

No, you can't be ready to offer websites to clients in one week. Not even 3 months. You need deep submersion for a minimum of 9 months, I'd say, and that's probably too optimistic. You have to survey the entire landscape and know what all the things are, and it's a big fucking landscape.

The secret to making it on Upwork is:

- Provide high quality work
- Over-deliver
- Maintain a 5-star profile with a 100% job success score
- Communicate well
- Be responsive
- Start out cheap and only focus on getting 5-star reviews - don't even worry about money. It's against their TOS but I told clients when I was starting out I could do their work for next to nothing in return for a high quality review. There will be some cheap clients who will take that bargain, so use them to build your profile.

Also, Upwork is saturated with web developers - it's a race to the bottom - so you need a niche. I was successful on Upwork by building HTML emails and landing pages for marketers in their automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.

I no longer have to rely on Upwork because I found a few agencies who keep me busy. Ideally, you'd find and stick to a handful of clients who can keep you busy so you're not always switching context and having to learn new client processes all the time. But in the beginning, you gotta take anything and everything and over-deliver it all.

You gotta grind hard for like a year or two.

That's not what a "conscious business" means

Stop distord things in a way that suits you

Plenty of ways. Watch Alex Hormozi videos to understand.

You have to sell a product or service or sell somebody elses.

If you live in a country with a weak currency your best option is arbitrage meaning you will specifically focus on selling stuff to people in the US or other place with high disposable income.

Business is incredibly hard but its quite logical and simple.

Holly fuck I watched this and it was boring as shit. There must be a more exciting way to do it. Thanks for sharing though.

Start with something like Upwork. I am close to not needing a job thanks to freelancing sites.

Thanks for the reminder. What do you do on up work?

I am using a different, local site. I do mainly websites and programming. I've done copywriting and graphics in the past.

Thanks. Do you think doing websites (programming doesn’t feel aligned) is one of the best ways  to make quick and good cash in 2026? And do you just build websites? Do you use drag and drop or a more skilled way of making websites?

My goal is to get out of survival mode so I can focus on my passions and purpose.

I do both wordpress and coding.

It's the same as any other business - getting clients is what matters.  I've only had success on freelancing sites and getting reccomended by past clients. No luck on instagram and cold DMs yet.

Have you read Leo`s LP course?

Tbh at the same time is simple and difficult. You need to solve some problem for some group of people. Like getting rid of fat, in example. That`s it.

I’ve thought about this a good bit and I’m a bit black pilled on it currently. I’ve been really pondering the sort of “believe in yourself where failure isn’t possible” belief system. There’s another similar one you hear here for the guys struggling with women PUA “you are desired and can get any girl.”

This is at least my holistic perspective where I’m currently taking these belief systems and trying to find a place for them in my life and make sense of them where they are harmonious with my spiritual journey and expanding consciousness.

The thing is you can take on this failure ain’t an option mindset, focus on how you’re so abundant, take course, etc. There is reality and we sort of almost have to align with it first before we can insist on our ambitions.

When it comes to earning money online you basically need a skill set that is 1) in high demand currently and 2) you have to be perceived as valuable and something other people want to pay for. There are really not a lot of spheres when looked at broadly when it comes to remote work, they can all sorta be grouped into 4-5 categories.

There is a large underclass of remote work that is mostly crap, call center stuff, email support, project managers hired from india and eastern europe, cheap labor that’s outsourced to people who will do it for $5 an hour. Upwork and gig stuff. A lot of money flows here. If you are in the top 5% in what you do in this regard you can earn decent money. There are some tech guys who freelance and scrape together some cash. You get sorta a wide range of varied skills that are worth anywhere to a couple of bucks a day to thousands of euros a day (less that 0.01% of remote work). I have a friend who is like a skilled free lance professional headhunter who is able to find talent for tech companies in the UK. He makes six figures self employed. That is very rare.

If you think you’re going to get some cushy six figure remote job with a reputable company, forget about it. Very few people are allowed to work remote by their company especially if it’s a reputable one. There are a few but it's mostly highly skilled senior staff. Start ups can be different but those come with a lot of problems and lower pay.

What are you good at? What could you see yourself being good at or doing?

Most of the social media guys promoting remote work are scammers or wannabe influencers, some earn cash, most don't. Those that do it's mostly through a snake eating it's own tail type market

For years I thought I would become financially free with my music, but what is actually working is video editing work for someone I met after I moved to a smaller town in Texas.

BUT the only way that worked is that I had already been making and editing you tube videos for the year before that, so I already had a skillset, AND that I am moving to Mexico where the living expenses are more manageable than the US.

Even then, Its not guarunteed.

My advice?

find what you actually enjoy doing (music production, writing, photography, editing work of some type, a specific type of business like coffee, engineering, website design etc..) and find a skillset within it that you can get good at that can do for people online.. Then work on personal projects till you have enough skill to sell. (1-12 months)

But baseline you gotta think longer term.

Leo mentioned this many times in multiple videos, but generally speaking "The fool wants to get rich quickly, the wise want to get rich slowly. Getting rich quickly is like building a castle on a foundation of sand, it will always be collapsing. Vs getting rich slowly is like building a castle on granite."

You may want to approach this like a 3-10 year project, not a weekend.

If you approach it like a weekend, that usually means you don't really value it deeply enough to invest the proper effort and time over months and years to create that result.

If you value it at a week of your time, I don't see that working for you.
