They wanted to talk a lot about good and evil.

I twisted their brain into a knot when I told them evil does not exist.

Imagine having to convince scientists that evil does not exist.

Bruh who are these people?

That sounds an interesting avenue to move into....

But good! Assessing existential morals and ethics as they apply to reality. But is that possibly seeking meaning, or how we ought to act? Looking for greater meaning can sometimes be missing the point...

Time will reveal all when it is released 😁

Some of the answers would probably lead to Chernobyl levels of brain meltdown

She wanted to punch me in the face to prove to me that evil exists. Lol

Science proved evil exists, you just didn't hear about it ^_^

This sounds like a juicy conversation 😃

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

Wuh- why are they confused about evil not existing?

Moral anti-realism is such a basic concept, even if you don't agree with it. Maybe I'm too indoctrinated by the political YouTuber sphere, maybe millennial PhDs have lives.

@Natasha Tori Maru I'm psychic, ya know. The not betting on the Bryan-Kate relationship was just denial :,)

She told me that demons exist.

They are really open to unscientific stuff.

Suppose that's why they had me on.

I had to talk them down from demons and evil. Lol

They seem like they do some pharmacology let's put it that way. I like their music.

Sounds like 2000/2001 Porcupine Tree with a more indie edge 🤓

Imagine having to convince scientists into believing evil doesn't exist

Uhm.. wtf? isn't that the easiest thing in the world? how would people who deem all realities to be ultimately composed of dumb atoms and matter think that morality is real? thats mind blowing

It sounds like Leo was pulled into another dimension of demon / angel thought-forms needing vanquishing 💀

Funny how it's always demons being fixated on, and not so much angels

Dude did you see Bryan's tweets about seducing Kate, touching her. Talking about her nipples n shit. 'Tesseract of love' 'opening her up'

I think it was deleted before it could become widespread. I got some sneaky screen shots. You know I love the gossip and troll mode (I am good girl on the forums though!). My giga-troll nature is undeniable. Terrible.

They are not strict materialists.

I don't know exactly what their ontology is.

They basically believe in atoms, but also higher level stuff that is outside the domain of science.

So they got this compartmentalized worldview where science studies hard stuff, but it cannot study non-hard higher order stuff like love or evil or demons or morality.

It's like science has its domain and religion has its domain, and they are both valid and incommensurable.

Yes, I was quite surprised having to argue against evil grizzly bears.

I did manage to slip in one of my classic "science is slop".

And Shilo responded with something like, "I've never heard science called slop before."

And I was like: B|
