No the Best way to being Loving and Include all as part of Yourself is thru Yogic practices, step by step You get to the deeper aspects of what You are, I am not the Body or Mind, find out what was there before the Body and Mind then all is done... first fix distortions of the mind (drop belief's/identity/ego), live nobile truths (acts of kindness, honesty, lawfulness), prepare the body and mind for higher intensity energy (asanas), one pointed focus, samadhi experiences then your there...

I believe there’s a transcendent aspect to God, as God is both immanent and transcendent. I agree that the body and mind must go through a process of transformation.

drop all belief's, find out what is what, go into Yourself...even the bible says that the kingdom of God is within You, so find it and see...the bible also says that God is omnipresent, that means GOD is everywhere, is You, others call this Divinity or Divine, call it whatever (Less labels the better), it is YOU, its just a matter of being Aware of it.. All answers are within You, Yoga is just the Science of taking away all the things that are not allowing you to experience it here and NOW!

I'm the first to admit I am not in realization of my Enlightenment, if I was I certainly would not be spending time here, so I am a work in progress, I share what I think is best, as we all do..

Second, what is insult, what is praise, if You think your going to go thru life getting praised all the time, or that you should be then what can I tell you, think what you want makes no difference too me..

Its clear that You and I have very differing opinions and experiences, just ignore me and pretend I do not exist, I will do the same regarding You!

People Idolize the past sometimes, I do this too, I luv'd being a Kid, I got everything I wanted, Life was Innocent, I was mostly totally Free, then I grew up lol!

So People look back with rose colored glasses sometimes, but cannot see the Brilliance of where Life is which is NOW!

Good Message here on this essential teaching from Jesus!

no thinking involved, just Experiencing Life as One, if that is there then Surrendering in natural, this is what living life at Ease is which is the starting point, its just we use different labels to describe it, surrender or ease, samething, but its not a "just be at Ease" that is not good enough, one has to experience it, if they are not then its a matter of how...
