This is a half-baked share that I accidentally recently stumbled upon on my research for managing long Covid Symptoms:

I heard it's going to be available in the US starting somewhere 2026? It's mostly in Europe as of now.

This procedure claims to filter plasma to remove accumulated toxins, viral-related inflammatory markers, some heavy metals from the blood ( obviously doesn't touch heavy metal fat and bone stores directly) , microplastics, PCB's, PFAS , pesticides and more.

This is not cheap. It's $3,000-$3,500 per session, and I Imagine that the result become more permanent the more of these you do, although some people report immediate improvements, but who knows for how long. One round takes about 2-3 hours.

I will not be doing this process as of now but it has opened my mind into the benefits of potentially recurringly donating blood and plasma although likely it wouldn't be as effective due to a reverse-exponential effect ( you remove the easy fraction first, and every subsequent round removes less and less. )






I don't particularly like Paul Saladino for being pseudo-scientific, hypocritical, controversial and just kinda goofy ( personal take ) but this is the only OK video I could find on the topic. 

Take anything with a grain of salt and do your own research.

Why pay so much money and put your body and nervous system through unnecessary stress when you can fast for free and achieve even better results. Nature always had a way to detox and heal things, we are just not looking at health and the body at the correct angle. 

There are no shortcuts to health, just as psychedelics wont make you enlightened. You gotta do the deep work for long term results.

A cold-pressed juice cleanse for 30 days and fast on water only for a week or two and that should clean you out very thoroughly.

And if you are not consuming enough fresh fruits and vegetables and exercising and sweating daily with good sunshine exposure, breathing properly ect... you will naturally build up toxins. 

So unless you live in a pristine environment, you need to be always on top of it, otherwise you wont be optimal. 

Its a lifestyle you have to keep up, so then you don't need to do hard cleanses and fasts as often.

A lot of this is Naturopathist dogma. Fasting or diet won't remove or avoid modern pollutants microplastics, PFAS, PCBs, heavy metals and other junk that accumulate in fat tissue, your bones and organs. Also keep in mind genetics. Some people have poor methylation pathways (slower detox) regardless of lifestyle or diet. You can accumulate endless pesticides and other junk even eating organic or wild food your very physically active life.

TLDR: People with genetic detox limitations or different health issues literally need medical intervention and modern science to clear and fix what their body can't naturally process, or their either dead or their quality of life is seriously hindered.

Yes, it's expensive depending on your income. That doesn't make it less efficient. That being said I have looked very little into this specific protocol and there is much I don't understand.

I would say, rather a misunderstanding of nature and fasting in its truest sense. Fasting when done properly restores everything to balance.

Its like trying to argue with infinite intelligence, its already perfected, there is nothing that does it better, its a built-in fail safe. Its flawless.

I've seen and read about people with every known illness restore and heal with fasting, even those who can't digest certain foods, allergic to things, genetic this genetic that, even those with psychiatric disorders, completely reset and now can eat those foods again and no longer have those genetic markers and or no longer have such illness.

Fasting can hit deeper than just the physical layer. It can be a spiritual transformation altogether.

Fasting can induce a whole shift in ones cells and consciousness. You can literally become renewed on all levels.

I have tasted this myself on many occasions.

Fasting is beyond naturopathy.

Its universal.
