Can I become 53.5 kg in 7-14 months?

Fasting is so easy, if you haven't tried it. You'll get hungry but it never gets worse and then it goes away. I fast almost every week for about 40 hours once or twice. I think it reduces how much you eat otherwise too, psychologically, you're more aware of how little you need.

Yeah, protein is the most satiating. What are your fat sources?

I eat

Fatty meats & fish like sardines. Most of the time those come in olive oil too.

Nuts of all kinds. My favorite has to be either hazelnut or walnut.

Butter, olive oil

Cheese sometimes.

I eat a lot of flax seeds cause I just enjoy the flavour so much. I put them everywhere.

I ate nothing but meat and vegetables for six months and lost 100 pounds.

The moment you stop eating carbs the fat explodes off your body.

But there are side effects if your body doesn't adapt properly. Try not to go this extreme.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

^ The wrong type of carbs, starchy, sticky, slow digesting, originally bred as a slave feed / food, leads to health issues and weight gain.

^ the correct type, eat as much as you want, extremely rare to get fat on, actually cleanses and purifies the body when not mixed with other foods. Simple enough? What grows naturally is already perfectly made for man. Humans are stupid, that's the problem. Then issues and confusion arises. Your eyes and senses will speak for themselves, what's more appealing to you?

Caloric surplus is caused by carbs.

You won't get surplus on a no-carb diet.

It is hard to get a calorie surplus naturally. You need carb heavy foods.

Try to eat 2500 calories of protein. See how far you get.

Personal apetite varies a lot.

I absolutely was gaining weight on both keto, paleo or mainly protein diets if I was not carefull about controlling myself.

I lost and gained 10kg couple of times in my life and it never was possible without accepting being hungry most of the day.

Not difficult for me to eat over 1000kcal of mostly protein in one sitting.

Did you eat "clean" before?

Because you eat fewer calories and lose a lot of water retention due to glycogen loss and eventually decreased sodium intake.

Those are not wrong. Aside from white bread. You can surely find better bread than this.

Healthy carbs

https://www.businessinsider.com/31-year-old-burned-body-fat-eating-more-carbs-workouts-2025-11

"31-year-old man was eating too much protein. He cut his body fat percentage in half by eating more carbs and doing full-body workouts."

"Jared Wakeford cut his body fat percentage from about 20% to 10% after switching to full-body workouts and a diet with more healthy carbs."
