Fruit diet and spirituality

Has anyone tried a fruit diet in combination with semen retention and dry fasting and maybe sleep deprivation?

@MAT02 i tried it and it is horrible for your health, scientifically speaking. Puts you at a greater risk of diabetes, as well as not getting enough nutrients from the diet.

you sound like an agent, sr and fasting are great, I don't know about the fruit diet and sleep deprivation, while being on a diet. Your arguments are not convinving at all, they are simply lies.
