Has anyone else been playing Resident Evil Requiem? It's fantastic! The graphics are stunning, and the audio design is incredible. It truly captures the essence of classic Resident Evil while feeling thoroughly modern and cinematic. I love how they've alternated between horror with Grace and action with Leon; it's a really cool approach.

Rayman as a game is really funny. Despite being so whimsical, colorful and creative, it's design is extremely malicious towards the player. Literally malicious. It is constantly trying to fuck the player over in an escalating fashion. Every time you unlock a new ability the game finds a way to use that ability against you.

It's not enough just to clear every level in the game, but you have to get every single secret in the entire game. And your not told about this at any point. Not to mention the limited live system unless you are cheating. Even with cheating, it's an accomplishment to beat this game.

Being so cutesy while being so cruel makes the game feel smug, like your gonna be mad at a game for babies with goofy sound effects and googly eyes.
