New show on FX. It's pretty goofy but I have been watching it just to see the stupid writing.

It has great production value and sets.

The plot is juvenile and sorta ruins the Alien lore.

But it is still entertaining to watch. Just don't expect it to be as great or as serious as the original Alien films.

It's like high-budget Alien fan fiction. I am enjoying it.

I didn’t enjoy it. It doesn’t embody the spirit of the original movies. Although in terms of visuals it looks great, it is not worth the watch for me.
