Leo do you still take nootropics?

@Leo Gura I am curious, are you still taking many nootropics these days as you have gotten older and are still keeping up the intense spiritual work and contemplation etc.?

@stephenkettley great question.

Keeping your brain sharp and young is probably one of the most important things you can do for your health and life.

I don't take active nootropics but I take supplements to improve brain health and recovery.

@Leo Gura Thank you! I suppose a little suggestion for the blog or future videos: it would be awesome to get an update on the supplements video from a few years ago that you made! That one was incredibly useful and taught me a lot! Really appreciate it! :)

@Leo Gura

I take coredycep mushrooms, ashwagandha, lion's mane, and magnesium chelated glycinate at night. Leo you got to make a short blog video of all the supplements that you take, I'd like to know and try some of the ones you have.

The thing is, if someone has a lot of health issues, and struggle with chronic fatigue, weak core and can't self improve much, is it especially dangerous for them to try psychedelics?

@TheEnigma this is too vague.  I know many cases where psychedelics are very helpful in that situation. And rare cases where not. But it depends so much on the personality and so on. You need also some intelligence.

I plan to get deep deep into nootropics in the next years.

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

This course was very fun: https://www.udemy.com/course/limitless-how-nootropics-can-enhance-your-brain-function/

It covers most of the interesting nootropics you an play around with and is recorded by Dr. Dan Stickler the medicine-director of qualia and one of the few natural health practicioners whos gone deep on nootropics.
