These labels, as if this couple or that couple passed some conscious milestone and are so enlightened now their relationship deserves some new title. It’s just cringe. This guy was a smooth talker and is able to get threesomes with his wife, cool, wouldn’t all men like this? I’d love to fuck other women besides my girlfriend. One woman is just, boring. I don’t care how beautiful she is. It’s boring after 4 years. Hope his wife isn’t the jealous type tho. Sounds like from the comments she is coping. Will we hear some scandal about how he “used her” one day like how basically every relationship ever like this breaks down?

They are obviously more conscious than 99% of couples. 

And ofc the relationship can fail, as do 60-70% of monogamous couples, PLUS all those 30-40% left... do you think they are fully happy, self-actualizing couples?

How many monogamous couples are TRULY thriving, and bathing in deep love?
 

And Im not saying polyamory is superior to monogamy; just saying some of the standards they are held to are not fair.

You can see those folks are more conscious than the average person. If you are on this forum you know that.

Doesn't mean they are perfect.

And is not just about threesomes. Thats what the average man thinks about. 'look how sneaky is this guy, fucking 2 women, how smart'

I'm a woman, and that was my response to it.

And I don't necessarily buy that Audrey Marcus or his wife are more conscious than the average person who's into spirituality. They are just a bit insightful, attractive, and well-branded to fit a certain model of it.

But regardless of how insightful a person might be, it doesn't mean that they can't consciously or unconsciously manipulate their partner into an open relationship by reframing it in a spiritual rationale.

Personally, I'm fine with people being polyamorous, if they're really upfront about it and every partner they're with is truly on board. Just don't reframe it as something else to trick your partner and the world into thinking it's something totally different.

I meant that they are way more conscious than most people in general, not just spiritual people.

The thing is we can't say is manipulation, thats just an interpretation.

I know right, I didn't expect to use him as an example either  but his insight into this topic has value. It's based on a lot of experience in the end. Imagine having sex with thousands of women and then ending up with a conclusion that monogamy is a more natural, organic way. That's quite something.
