My ear is clogged now. So unfortunate

What should I do?

When i woke up, theres suddenly sparkling pop sound in my ear. My right ear. And then it became worse. Of course something do happened before but nothing like it. My left ear was just fine. Its only my right ear.

You should visit an ENT doctor. He can look inside and clear out wax. Wax buildup can be a serious thing that you won't fix at home.

Not sure it's available in EU though, Americans are more free to experiment weird things.

I like to pour 3% hydrogen peroxide in my ears while I sit and relax. 15 minutes each side. It's like ASMR without the headphones.  That said, that otoscope looks pretty damn cool.

@Michael569 I can attest to this. This year probably been the worst year of my life. I have had been through long period of unemployment and on top of that for some unknown cause, I have now lost all hearing in my right ear and have chronic neck/ear pain and tinnitus. Be careful with your ears guys. If you ever get SSHL be sure to get on a treatment of steroids ASAP or you could risk losing your hearing permanently.

@Sabth I used to get fluid buildup in my ears as a result of mucus buildup in my sinuses. My ears would get clogged and infected.

Do you have lots of mucus in your sinuses?

You can just use something as simple as a water syringe, to squirt wax out of your ears, ussually they just fall off in 2 big solid pieces (one from each ear) I have to do this every six months or so at the very least, to keep my ears healthy and mantained and my wax build up in check

I've had wax build-up three or four times and it's annoying, but the last time I tried this. It kinda worked but it didn't completely clear my ears, so I went to the doctor. When I told her I did this she kinda freaked out and told me that this is really risky to do yourself because if you use too much pressure you can damage or burst your eardrum.

Wow okay. Yeah, she's probably right. Maybe I should do this the official doctor way as well. Was it her who then cleaned up your ears and if so, what method did she use?
