Got rejected but it didn't have that much effect on me :

I approached the girl whom I liked and asked her how the exam went . She said something by making a hand gesture like she doesn't know. However, it hurted me for a little while afterwards but afterwards it became ok . Thanks to Game and self help .

It’s impossible to be rejected. It’s a word and mental idea you can choose to align with or not. You can try to interact with her and she can she end she wants to interact back or not. If you want to label it with a heavy word like rejection which has the connotation of value, go for it but it isn’t helpful.

@NoSelfSelf sorry but I didn't understood. Maybe you are talking about stop viewing it as rejection right ? I reframed this incident using a growth mindset worksheet (from another self help course which I took long ago which is more than 1 year )- This rejection is an opportunity with another beautiful girl and it means that I am not yet fulfilling my potential of having an amazing girlfriend in life.

Im saying that rejection doesnt exist because they are allowed to have prefrence,they dont know you and one that said no, can say yes in the future.

So its not real. Its like you dont enjoy being around nerdy people because you want to be around business people,now you see it like nerdy people are rejceted by you, instead its not your cup of tea.Its not rejection its what one enjoys more.

You viewing her hand gesture as rejection is silly in my opinion, because she for example didnt want or enjoy talking at that moment, but she could like you as a package and would enjoy talking to you outside of the classroom.Its all about what other person enjoys and you shouldnt care and accept others prefrences as they are...

This is so ridiculous. If you asked an old lady or a male the same kind of question and they gave you the exact same response would you say it was a rejection. No. It's only a rejection in your mind because of your intended motive. Asking a question and getting a half ass answer is not a rejection. A rejection would be if you asked her out on a date and she said no. It's that simple.

Word games or altering meanings of words are not very helpful because you live on a planet where the majority decides how to communicate.

Tomorrow she might not reject you, or tomorrow you'll speak to five girls and find you had fun and didn't care about today. Where I agree with everyone above, is that you decide what rejection means to you. Also, I wouldn't have assumed she rejected a romantic advance with a hand gesture about her exam? If you'd have got into a conversation, and then asked her out directly, then she'd have said no, that would be a rejection. Then it's on to the next girl. Today she might have just really not wanted to talk about the exam or was busy.

I've found I can see very quickly if most women are interested in me, they usually decide fairly fast, so don't waste time and just ask.

BINGO. Guys sometimes think it depends on what they say to them. No, it's what you don't say. She's just concentrating on the ways you're fucking up; but that's only if she already likes you. If she doesn't like you she's just being courteous. Game is only there for men not to fuck up. If she's looking for marriage or long-term relationship then it matters what you say. How you act is important in all cases.
