distrusting co-workers/managers

is it "ethical" to distrust a manager or co-worker who is a pretty female? They tend to be spoilt asf, and thus would lack the empathy, wisdom, or interpersonal skills to manage people effectively.

It’s a good idea to keep a healthy distance between yourself and coworkers in general. 
 

Instead of thinking of their looks focus on your job and relating to them in a professional way. Get to know them. Say less.

No. I refuse to look up to women who are attractive. why must I? "society" says we're all equal. so then "society" shouldn't "force" people to view them positively or as "better". Pretty women can't manage - i had two pretty bosses who were by far the worst. One acted like i was bothering her merely when I asked for assistance, the other in a performance appraisal spent the time mocking my character. 

Pretty women have forever literally just walked into me in the street or uni or anywhere. they literally think they own the place. They've knocked food out of my hand at fast food places, made me drop books in libraries, poked me in the temple and eyes with their umbrellas whilst raining, and then they get "annoyed" or "hurt" when they get called out for said conduct. this proves they are SCUM. SCUM assault others for kicks, or make people waste food for nothing since I'm not eating food I bought that's fallen on the ground, and then recklessly commit ASSAULT since they're too dim and retarded to tilt their umbrellas or watch where they are walking. 

Pretty women scheme and plot, and all because they've been spoilt asf since they were young. that' the formative point, and where this shit all starts. Pretty women are bullies in everyday life. so in the workplace, that gets ramped up TENFOLD!!

I have this exact concern because I project my opinions and traumas.

I feel they act as if they always have an one-up in any social interaction because their reactions to you guide your status in a conversation. Women are experts at subconscious communication, so one 'ick' reaction from you impacts the underlying hierarchy if it's not defined in stone.

I think they use that. I mean, most of them do, and of course they do, that's a key survival mechanism.

I'm in engineering though, so it kinda kicks my ticks.

However. I like to be right and display narcissistic tendencies. I like to dominate the convo when there are women around, so they could say something about me as well.

Basically I don't handle it in a chill, cool, composed manner. When I do, their influence drops because they don't hold that power over someone who is grounded and accepting, chill, a humorist.

If you made her laugh you'd see she holds little power over you. Do your job, look at the facts (men lie too) and act according to the best principle for yourself and your job position :shrug:

I'm not referring to anything like that. I'm stating that social dynamics affect how we all engage and operate. 

I'm sex positive and don't give a fuck if people sleep around. It's a free world, after all.

It's funny how spiritualists infer things, and then assert they're expert communicators. 

People can react to others' negativities or general behaviour. That's how life operates at a root level. Pretty women dispense negativity so others' respond to such. If one was in a forest,and noted wolves' howling, one would be wary. Wolves are predators and dangerous. So one acts accordingly to negative forces around. it's very simple.

People hold a variety of views.
