We humans simply can't multitask. The mindless stuff we do multitask are the things that does not require your focus but your MUSCLE MEMORY. Yep, there's such a thing just for the record... so you don't really multitask, your body is doing it like an autopilot while your mind is onto something else.. so don't be surprised if you tripp over smth when you're walking and multitasking

Thank you for this post now I know better. Once when I was meditating I've had an experience where I opened my eyes and looked down at my hands and percieved it not as "my hands" but just as part of the universe. It happened unintentionally. I thought it was no big deal

As Leo has said in his videos,Vision is the key! Visualise how you would feel like and be like when you complete the thing you want to. Visualize with all five senses if possible, and do it on a daily basis. Think of the outcome everyday. This worked for me

Leo what the hell is the cake, key, the prison. You've got me thinking eversince you gave the puzzle! I'm not even near the answer. You normally give golden nuggets straight away. But this one was as a puzzle. What makes it different from other "nuggets". Is there a reason behind it? Is it neccesary that we find the answer ourselves rather than recieving it verbally? What? Why not go to the college for education?? Personally I am going to go to architecture college. How else am I gonna learn and study it when I finish high-school this year? Plus it's my passion. I don'tknow why are you questioning it... Tell me if I'm missing something
