  1. yes I'm speaking about products which doesnt contain any THC. Making own is probably too much hazzle for me at this point. The goal is to find product which contains enough of CBD for bigger doses but I guess there isn't one for affordable price I fear.
  2. I assume here are many people experienced with cbd usage. How much you take it when we are speaking about a dose which is somewhat medical? Somewhere is said that good starting point is to take 5mg/kg per day. Which in my case would be 375mg a day. Then I look at these products, the strongest bottle is 3000mg (40%), so one bottle lasts only 8 days and it costs 130€. So it seems those bottles are not made for medical doses. Worth to mention that I live in Europe. Is availability of cbd oil in EU just that shitty or I am missing something? Can you US folks get it much more concentrated version? Plus I have also in my country a little hazy law situation regarding ordering that from abroad. It is shame that you cant get hands on this decent amounts easily since it has some great health benefits.
  3. Isn't that amazing how you realize something what someone was communicating many years after? Hellspeed defenetely was onto something with his posts even though his style was a little cryptic, at least to say. Remember jack-in!
  4. He teaches his yogic processes via live courses. Those include real initiations which is kinda occult art I guess and he is master of doing this. Some energy transmission will happen through initiation. This is his kriya yoga. He also teaches classical hatha yoga and you can find teachers all over the world nowadays. Personally I've done his hatha classes and his inner engineering(kriya yoga) and practiced now about 10months. Great stuff. You really cant know his techniques without doing the courses which require a lot of effort. Hope this helps a little.
  5. Cool! Did you get to meet Ralston at all? I plan to participate in the future.
  6. @ardacigin A few years back when I was starting my spiritual practice I resonated with Shinzen's teachings. However, I couldn't make really any progress with his techniques. SDS, noting etc... It felt more like I was just straining my nervous system. After that switched to yoga and got very different results. It is interesting now after some time get back to trying those things and see if there's any difference. It's also funny that I never stumbled upon TMI until now even though there's big fanbase around it. Maybe it's because Leo never mentioned that and it's not in his booklist.
  7. Great post again! Because of your posts, I got TMI book recently and intent to start studying it soon. I just don't have idea what pills you have popped regarding SSRI Never heard that they can have that kind of effect what you are relating.
  8. I did inner engineering a few months ago and I can highly recommend it to anyone. Shambhavi has had really positive effect and is quite powerful to alleviate ailments. The course is very high quality overall and you get support after the course. My next plan is to learn isha hatha yoga practices.
  9. My personal experience with kriya from books was quite bad. Side effects was too strong, I had to take breaks because energetic phenomena was way too strong in the body. I also had the worst anxiety attacks in my life during that time when I practiced kriya from leo's book list. Then I got episode when I was totally exhausted during the days, I couldn't do any physical activity. So my experience trying learn kriya from books was quite horrible but it is hard to say that all bad things what I experienced was caused by kriya practice. I'm also battling lots of mental issues(depression, anxiety), so for me it didnt suit and made more harm than good for sure. After that I've learned Sadhguru's shambhavi mahamudra and results have been quite promising, I've practiced it only a little 40 days though. It's much better practice for people who struggles mental problems. What I want to say that these practices are really powerful and it is common sense imo to learn these things from the right source and atmosphere. If you want to practice Lahiris kriyas, get the real initiation, it is worth it long run. You dont want to half ass these practices. Definitely dont recommend learn these things from books anymore.
  10. @Enlightenment yeah my experience supports what you said. It certainly felt that doing those techniques at the beginning of my meditation path was counterproductive. This problem also kind of boils down that teaching meditation and progressing in it is not so simple and one-dimensional. Thats why I really like Culadasa's systemic approach. Also I feel making really progress in these techniques demands a lot of training at retreats. So it is quite time-consuming.
  11. Thank you for the post. I see many people has given credit to Culadasa's system. I practised SDS a year ago and didnt make any progress basically. My experience was that it felt like it strained my nervous system so much that after sitting I felt always exhausted. It felt more like it strained me more than purify. Shinzen says in his sds video that if you sit long enough with the intense pain, it finally starts flowing and suffering suddenly vanishes. He tell that he had this kind of experience in his first zen retreat. Have you ever experienced that kind of thing?
  12. @Anton_Pierre What do you mean by isha psychedelic research? I think isha and Sadhguru have nothing to do with psychedelics.
  13. Cold showers might be helpful for calming down the energy.
  14. Has anyone here had an enlightenment experience through self learned kriya yoga?
