  1. @Natasha Tori Maru That's an excellent description. As a species we've become so conscious and self aware that I'm sure that majorly contributes to our psychology suffering, we've stepped out of the garden of eden.
  2. I completely agree. It also doesn’t help that most people or perhaps the vast majority of people tend to recognize and relate to negative emotions more easily, while positive emotions are often seen as rarer, harder to grasp and more elusive. Biologically we’re wired to feel negative experiences more intensely and pronouncedly, whereas positive ones are subtler and require greater sensitivity and emotional attunement to fully appreciate which is so unfortunate.
  3. It really helps to clarify though. Clarification is key to clarity.
  4. @PurpleTree could you imagine though, everyone would be blissing out and orgasming everywhere all the time
  5. @PurpleTree probably from the local dealer
  6. Probably want to clarify that it is Metaphysical Solipsism that is being talked about here and not the usual term that most people understand as inverted to this.
  7. what a cool idea, i love it
  8. There seems to be a contradiction between the idea of simply observing what arises in awareness and the suggestion to fully savor or feel everything within one's experience. Could someone clarify this distinction? Is one approach preferable over the other, or are both practices recommended?
  9. @ItsNick I've been recently experimenting using it to construct the framework for an app using java script. Still pretty damn difficult.
  10. @Santiago Ram You might need a license if your were to provide anything medical related with this. If your able to understand EEG readings to an extent I suppose you could use it for more entertainment purposes.
  11. @Husseinisdoingfine I'm very sorry for your loss; Cruizer is very beautiful. I lost a black cat couple years ago; the best companion I've ever had in my life and I never fully realized how intimate the companionship we can develop with other beings other than humans, its so beautiful.
