Yeah i am starting to see 1000s of people all over especially on youtube comments and videos that have experience and share their story 99% positive results based on my observations. I just saw this video the other day, it may be the next level to water fasting.

Everytime i sleep on my back i astral project or i lucid dream or very weird things happen. There is nothing wrong with sleeping on your side or stomach i believe fetal position is the most natural way to sleep. There is no "fixing" required.

Teach them about all these things we learn and share here, they are more than capable of understanding possibly even more than we can especially if we don't limit them or introduce them to systems that limit their full potential. I don't have kids but if i did i would home school them 100%. The most free-open-minded children i know are all home schooled or never went to school or partake in many social systems. Introduce them to books you enjoy and teach them to meditate and observe how they respond, give them a lot of free access to nature/sunlight, the more the better. Gardening or any means of working with nature will also keep them connected to source. Try to keep electronics away from them as long as you possibly can. Especially when young their minds need to exercise and electronics/devices/tv ect.. dismantle/re-shape/limit imagination and the brains ability to exercise and grow optimally. Try to keep them away from artificial substances too, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, chemicals, lotions, creams ect.. at least look for (certified organic) if you have to use something anything that's unnatural in nature, if you want to build their immune system, allow them to be breastfed as long as possible, and allow them to play in the mud/dirt with pets, animals ect.. The healthiest adults today that never or rarely get sick had these similar lifestyles when they were younger. Allow them to decide what they wanna eat and how they wanna live, don't force them with meat/dairy/wheat and processed foods, introduce fruit first then vegetables and see where they wanna go with that, their inner-wisdom will guide them to what they need if they are raised freely. All we have to do is simply be their guide as their energy is still very pure and unconditioned the energy is basically source purity. All parents have to do is guide them through day to day life that we are familiar with and they will teach us about spirituality/source. Don't force any cultural or religious beliefs instead simply teach them to question everything and allow what makes most sense for them. Through meditation and connecting with nature they will naturally understand how things work and what is true and what is not. Let their imagination run wild, allow nature to be nature. These come to me naturally, from these you can add many other tree-points. The fundamentals are important, the rest will fall in place naturally.

Timelessness

The mind is going crazy because it now has to do everything all on its own, no more handicaps, no more devices, no more calculators, no more videos, no more music, It forces the mind to do and create all these things on its own. Its like not exercising for years then starting to exercise again, your body will go through pain and suffering the first few weeks until it develops and adapts.

Not really about the guru, its about the message.

Remember the first time you fell in love? You go anywhere with that person and nothing outside of that person exists, remember there was no fear whatsoever? Its because you had so much love for that person, fear cannot penetrate that high vibrational energy you emit. The challenge is to love everyone and everything in that way in order for the universe to reflect the vibrational frequency you emit.

Do not stop meditating or practicing spiritual/self realization work because you will need to integrate, and if you do not integrate you will crash. I have been there. At least few times a week, until you really feel purified then you can slow it down based on how much you need. Many people have awakenings then think ok they know it all and they will never lose it but they forget what got them there in the first place because they don't continue to apply what they did in the first place to get them there.

The same one or two times for me as well, doesn't seem to work anymore. I think it works better on those who still need spiritual alignment/re-wiring. What you said about fine tuned two worlds makes a lot of sense.

The ones that you really "feel". Sensitize the body/mind so you can differentiate if you cannot.

Ultimately everything is in divine order, there are infinite possibilities yes which we can choose which in return reflect reality to create the illusion of free will but ultimately there is no difference. When we trust all that is, we become in divine resonance with all that is as the absolute is infinite and infinite = infinite. See everything as a lesson, and enjoy As Above So Below

Leo has a point, in the silence is the one step deeper where ego is afraid to go. The more silence the more you can hear. I notice many people who take psychedelics get to the music point and stop there usually to help them glide through the experience because they are unwilling to face complete silence yet in other cases complete darkness or both.
