Leo's usually bang on with his advice. But I wouldn't listen to his health advice
-
I have no idea how I've only found this recently. The channel has some of the meditations I've done. There are over 100 videos, and he uploads weekly
Highly recommend

@Tim R Agreed. Leo's forgiveness and shamanic breathing are both very underrated. You've reminded me to do the forgiveness video again, thank you friend!

I love this video. Classic.

Since many of us on this forum do meditation retreats, it'd be useful if we compiled a thread for reviews. After you sit a retreat you can post the details in the thread and leave a review.
Apologies if this already exists

@Gregory1 I'll just leave this here.

why don't you sit on a chair? I find for SDS sitting on a chair makes more sense.
You've inspired me to practice SDS again!

@Katerina Riverside More power to you. Completely agree

you guys care too much about Leo's personal life.

@Yarco A lot of that is just straight wrong.

Highly recommended it and it's been a popular book in the "integral world" because of Jamie Wheal

I don't see any problem with it, but don't take it every day. You could take it 1-2 days to deepen the practice.

But as God says in Conversations with God, the best way to awaken is to help someone else awaken

personally, I know 3 people who had a similar response as you. This needs to be talked about more

coffee is good for you in moderation. I quit caffeine for a few months. Now I drink coffee a few times a week, and it definitely improves my mood and productivity.

@How to be wise Liver is a god damn superfood

Leo's correct on most things, but here he's incorrect. Organs are a super food.

@Ineedanswers lol, give leo a break. There's plenty of content

I don't see any problem talking about the concerns of the vax. I have two friends that went to the hospital after the vax. One has a preexisting blood clot issue and the other is healthy.
Both have been experiencing heart issues since they've had the vax and have experienced A LOT of hate (like what Aubrey talks about in the podcasts) for coming forward discussing their side effects.

nice! thanks for sharing

I think yoga goes all the way up to the highest nondual stage. Depends on which yoga and how you do it.
I would not underestimate yogis. They are some hardcore fuckers.
I'm about to read a book by a yogi who spent 30 years straight meditating for 8 hours per day. Don't even dare to guess what he became conscious of.
This is super old.. anyone know the book?

I think you could put that into Haiku form:
Chick grinding on dick,
Club music blaring,
Thoughts nowhere to be found
BAHAHA I SPAT my coffee out. Made my god damn day

Personally, I know two people who went to hospital after getting the vax due to heart issues. And one girl who hasn't had her period for 3 months.
But this is just an anecdotal so please ignore me
